I can't play a movie I have rented from ITunes on my macbook pro retina, what can I do?

I have a macbook pro retina display and I have rented a movie on it, now I just want to play it and I can't. The movie has already been downloaded. The problem is that I can't play it and the rental is going to end in 4 hours. Please help me!! I need to know how to reproduce it. Thank you

Hey ludhfneiu,
Thanks for the question. If you were unable to redeem your rental, or never had the chance to watch it, please report an issue with your purchase:
