I can't play a video I purchased on iPad through my AppleTV. ATV says it is not authorized to play that video. All other videos play fine via airplay. Help.
I recently purchased a movie on my iPad. I can't sync the movie to any of my computers. I can play the video on my iPad(1) but can not play it through my AppleTV(2) via AirPlay. All other videos on my iPad, play fine. Any suggestions?
Yes, I've done this. Even signed in and out and went through and disconnected and reconnected all related devices. All other video works over air play, but still comes up with apptv not authorized to play this content for this one video.

I have a new mac, but every time I try to transfer purchases from my iphone to it, it says it is not authorized. But it IS!~ And it uses a very old default email. Safari has stopped opening certain webpages and says can't connect to server... This started 3 months ago with FB and now randomly with another site... all other sites are fine.. Help?
I've tried resetting safari, deleting all webpage data and setting time/date to automatic, but no such luck.
The message that comes up is: "Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server 'Facebook' "

Might be a cookies, cache, or extensions issue.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Then delete the cache.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that doesn't help, troubleshoot Safari extensions.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall. -
I can't open Google on Firefox. All other browsers work fine...HELP!

Hey ya fella. I had this problem from two days ago and today I found the solution. You should disable some of your extensions to make FF run better. I don't know what extension exactly is the cause but I can think the FoxyProxy maybe.

First off, which nano? The 6th doesn't do video, and while I've never tried a TV show or movie, I have loaded some short video podcasts, which will play the audio, but not the video.
I'd look through the different tabs in iTunes to see if there is a checkbox that turns on the ability to use video on your 5th or earlier Nano, if that's what you have. Lastly, did you buy the show from the iTunes store, or somewhere else? -
We have always been able to purchase books from iBooks no problem but all of a sudden it says you cannot purchase this book as you aren't authorized to use the US store and must connect to the Canadian store. We cannot figure out how to do this. Help!

what video are you trying to stream via airplay?
currently only video from youtube app or ipod app is supported.
any other app will only stream the audio. -

I want to purchase an ipad 32gb in the larger size buy have read many bad reviews that they have problems staying connected to wifi. After updating my OS, I couldn't get onto my gamecenter account. I created a new nickname to see what would happen. Now I can only access my new nickname, but not my old one. However, my old account has all my scores! I want to delete the new nickname and re-access my old (i.e., original) nickname. Interestingly, my friends can still see my old nickname.

When we purchase from iTunes the balance is not coming off of the gift cards. We have family sharing on but when my kids purchase songs they are credited to our credit card and not the gift card that is already in their account. What's wrong?
