I can't press agree in the terms and conditions?
I recently just got a macbook pro and at the apple store the worker set up an apple account for me.
I opened itunes for the first time to redeem a gift card and after signing in a message popped up saying "this apple id has not yet been used with the itunes store. please review your account information."
After clicking "review" I was brought to a page that says "to begin creating your apple id press continue".
After the jump I was brought to the terms and conditions page.
At the bottom I clicked the box that said i agree but the button that actually says "agree" is not highlighted, meaning it's unclickable.
there's two other buttons that are highlighted and clickable and those are "back" and "cancel".
I'm not sure how to get around this, can anyone help?
I'm just guessing, but is there more than one box that needed to be checked that you might have missed.

Help! When I try to purchase a song from iTunes and have agreed to the terms and conditions, it then tells me that my session has timed out... but I've only been trying for a few minutes. I can't buy songs if it keeps doing this! Does anyone know why it's doing this and how to fix it? Thanks!
Hi mterry1723, one solution that might be worth trying is this:
- Close iTunes, if it's open
- Open Safari and got to 'Preferences'
- Select 'Security' on the top
- Untick all the security options in the menu
- Click the 'Show Cookies' button and look for all the 'apple' entries in the left-hand column.
- Highlight them (select them collectively) and press 'Remove'
- Now open iTunes and buy the song as usual.
- You may be asked to do the same security process as before, so do as asked.
- Hopefully, the security check will now have accepted your answers and start downloading the song as normal.
Remember to re-tick all the required security options you had just un-ticked in Safari preferences. You don't need to bother about opening the cookies again.
I hope this has worked for you and my profoundest apologies if it has not. Worth a go, though!

i´ve just got the now ios version 7.0 installed and now
i can´t agree on the terms and conditions to access icloud on my iphone cus it keeps saying that i have no server (wich i have) now that i´ve ios 7.0.
What do i have to do?
The thing is that i´ve agreeded when i was first asked, and then i´ve asked to be emailed those terms and now i can´t accedd the Icloud.
The problem is that it has my previous callendars and photos and i need to get them back.

Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

After downloading the iOS 7, it asked me if I agree to the terms and conditions and I keep clicking agree but it stays on that page and I can't even use my phone now. How do I fix this problem?

I am trying to set up my apple tv using the hospital network. I am able to detect the network and chose it. But the way the system works is that you have to agree to the terms and conditions of using their network before access the internet. How do I accomplish this with apple? Please help.
There are some other options to you, if you're not at home and nobody is using your router you could set it up at the hospital, if this isn't an option you could get a second router and use it. Many ethernet routers are available on the cheap, and ethernet cables are cheap too.
Also, a macbook can share it's internet via the built in wifi it has. See this go to settings-sharing-internet sharing and configure as desired. This may require an internet connection via ethernet. But you should be able to create a wifi network for using something like airplay/home sharing. -

Debit cards don't really work with the iTS, though they slip through time to time. You need to use a real credit card or GCs.

had the same issue 52 pages and no button to agree - also the send to email doesnt work either.
go to Radio on Music app not itunes store and you can agree it there - will appear red in top right hand corner worked for me!! -
When I try to setup my new iPad air, I go through all the steps for the iCloud sign-in and choosing security questions and what not. But after I hit the agree to the terms and conditions... It says Apple ID could not be created because of a server error. Have no clue what to do... I've restarted the iPad and get the same message. But my internet works just fine.
1. Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings -

Try downloading the Find My Friends app, then sign in with your iCloud ID on it and accept the terms and conditions there.

So what happens is that I try to accept the terms and conditions of iCloud (and by the way this annoying message keeps popping up every 2 minutes, literally, asking for my iCloud pass for an old account with a non-existent mail) or the ToC you need agree in order to update your software, I press agree and then nothing happens. It just stays there. (I can still update on my computer but I don't know what to do about iCloud)

Can anyone help me? Suddenly (i.e. just a few minutes ago) this problem has appeared. I attempted to update two apps on my iPad. The Terms and Conditions agreement comes up, I read the terms and conditions, I agree to them, I click AGREE, it disappears, I reclick on update and the Terms and Conditions agreement appears and we start the mobius strip all over again. I updated the software on my iphone4 tonight and ran into this same endless loop - "itunes terms & conditions have been changed" - go to itunes, aceept - back to the "T&C have been changed message" with no ability to do anything in the app store until I accepted the new terms.
While not a very direct solution, I was able to finally accept the terms in a way that seem to register with apple by making a purchase through iTunes on my computer. This forced me through updating my payment information and updating my iTunes software to the latest edition (which I had not yet taken the time to do). After doing both of these, iTunes took me through the terms & conditions on two separate pages, but ultimately allowed me to purchase my song. Once I completed these steps, it fixed the problem on my phone, so now I can update my apps and download new ones without running into that loop.

How do i get the terms and conditions off my screen after ISO 8.0 was installed on my IPAD nothing happens when I hit agree
Frankly this is the blunderbuss solution but her's what I did. For me, the iCloud account in question with the continual pop-ups was nothing more than an empty shell used to allow me (and others) to track my phone via Find My iPhone. So, the ID / indentity itself was not essential, the ID could have been jobs1234@icloud for all I cared. I ended up "killing" my then existing iCloud account by deleting it from all devices. Then I created a new iCloud account and reset the ID into all the relevant devices / users that needed it. Granted, I had nothing to loose, so to speak, by losing the old iCloud account. But, I was willing to take that trade. Admittedly, if you're iCloud account is more central to your life or distributed to others, this is an impossibility. But, it worked for me.

When I go to Settings iCloud on my iPhone 5s I am prompted to agree to the latest terms and conditions. When I press agree the phone just hangs and I cannot agree to the latest terms and conditions. I am trying to change my apple id for iCloud which is incorrect on my phone, can anyone help. It is most annoying when I am prompted to log into icloud everytime I start my phone but I cant as I do not know the password to my old non existent email address.
