I can't print an e-mail from hotmail? I have a Hp printer/scaner - fairly new?

I have tired everything I can think of to fix this problem. I can print everything else on the computer - web sites, documents, etc.

     9 inches of snow outside. Welcome to Spring in NE. I am on Aol. I'm surprised the reset didn't solve it as I've seen several others on this site with more than one e-mail as I have get rid of them.
     I received another CVS coupon today, didn't need it and it went into Trash and the trash was deleted, no problem. I just don't want a collection of e-mails as some have reported having.
     I did update both iPhone 4 and iPad 2 today with latest update, iOS 6.1.3. I appreciate the help very much.

This is the second time in three months this has occurred. Bell Aliant suggested I contact Apple directly as the only option is to remove my e-mail account and reconfigure it. This will mean losing all my files. These files are very important as my account is a business account.
Bell Aliant thought perhaps it is an Apple problem and that Apple may better be able to remedy the situation without me losing my e-mail files.

An Internet email provider losses all your Mail and it's Apple's fault ??
Did they explain how the app managed to delete all of your mail and then not even let you have access ?
If that was the case the app should still be able to access the empty folders.
I know there is often blame and counter blame in these situations but there are limits.

I would disconnect the email on your phone...
And reconnect again and if it still does that go on an actual computer, log on and delete the mails with ease...

I can not get or send mail from my iPhone, iCloud, and desktop mail. All are the same account, password is right and working. When the problem first happened I updated to a new password.
The Mail and the phone are telling me ( "The iCloud IMAP server “p99-imap.mail.me.com” rejected the password for user “k****n******2”}
From the iCloud account i get a message saying mail could not be loaded and the details. Which i have copyed below.
Any thoughts or anyone I can ring ? This was a paid for mobile me account.

Spent at least 40 min talking to apple support, to sort it out. luckly not at my cost. After trying lots of things and speaking to a higher grade support person I was given a temp password which did the trick. I then was able to reset that with my own password.
The impression i got was no one knowns what the problem is and resetting the password at the apple end works. Not sure if you would be able to self fix.

Before creating a new empty profile, you can follow the [[Basic Troubleshooting]] steps and maybe start by running in Firefox [[Safe Mode]]. This is the Firefox "debug" mode which uses the default theme and toolbars/controls, disables hardware acceleration and disables all extensions. You can't. The iPhone doesn't actually store all your emails anyway. It is showing you what is on the server directly.
Only the most recently accessed emails are cached (stored temporarily) on your phone for access when you are offline. If you delete an email from your iPhone, you are actually deleting it from the server.

I have an iPhone 3GS updated to iOS 5. I setup my Gmail and Hotmail in my phone.Gmail is receiving all the mails in my account whereas Hotmail recieves 2 mails and 3 folders. Its not getting updated.. Even if i open the mail app and goto hotmail and update it.Its not retrieving any mail from the server.I tried deleting the account. Adding the account by MS Exchange and also by Hotmail.. Nothing works still cannot receive the mails from Hotmail
Any idea why am not able to receive mails from Hotmail when i can get from Gmail ?

I have the same problem. Gmail and me.com work both ways but I can only send in hotmail. Odd I've tried everything too wiping the device, remove from cloud, delete all back ups... Setup accounts again and neither my iPad or iPhone will receive hotmail now.

A number of people have received similar messages in error. However their email doesn't usually get blocked. If you have confirmed that it is indeed blocked by sending yourself a test message, you will need to contact Support.
If you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support and you may be asked to pay a fee. You should insist that this is a problem they have caused and you shouldn't be charged.
