I can't purchase anything on my iphone without first entering my two security questions. I enter them correctly but t still laims they are wrong. How do I change my questions or at least get past this issue?

Click here for information. If you can't reset them through the method described in that article or by sending yourself a rescue email(the email may take a few hours to arrive), contact the iTunes Store staff via the link in the 'Additional Information' section.
It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    Or you can email iTunes Support at iTunes Store Support.
    If all else fails:
      1. Go to: Apple Express Lane;
      2. Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
      3. Then choose iTunes Store;
      4. Then choose Account Management;
      5. Now choose iTunes Store Security and answer the bullet questions, then click
          Continue;
      6. Sign in with your Apple ID and press Continue;
      7. Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would
          like your security/challenge questions reset;
      8. Click Send/Continue.
    You should get a response within 24 hours by email.
    In the event you are unsuccessful then contact AppleCare - Contacting Apple for support and service.
    Another user had success doing the following:
    I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
    Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
      a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
          tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
      b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
          "done", in the upper right corner
      c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
          Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
          should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
          security questions.
      d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
          selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
          should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
          questions.
    It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

    If you mean that you aren't getting the reset link, then from the page that you posted from :
    Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

    When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
    e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
    or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 .     Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
    If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
    If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

    The Security Questions are not associated with your device - they are associated with your iTunes account/AppleID. If you cannot remember what you originally set up for your security questions, here are the instructions for getting them reset. First set are for if you set up a Rescue Email address, second set are for if you did not.

    Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

    Assuming that you have a credit card in the UK, with a valid billing address for that credit card that matches the credit card statement ....
    Launch the app store app. Go to the Featured Tab. Swipe to the bottom of the screen. Your ID is accessible in the lower left corner. Tap on the ID. Then tap View Apple ID. Enter your password. Go down to Country/Region and change the store to the UK in there.

    Either that or you can just buy an iTunes card and put it on the account. I've have itunes account for a long time so maybe this plays a part in it but I don't have a CC tied to my account. I have the option to choose "none" and that's what I have it as. I used to have a card on there years ago but I removed it and never had to have another on it. Any purchases I make come from iTunes credits (iTunes card or credits I got from redeeming rewards).

    You cannot write to a SIM card on an iPhone. Your backup options are to iTunes on your computer or to iCloud and you can set this to happen daily and automatically. The backup will only restore to another iOS device. However, you can SYNC your contacts, calendar, notes, Reminders and other data to either iCloud or to applications on your computer. If you get another iPhone you can restore the iTunes or iCloud backup to it. If you switch to a different phone or think you might your best solution is to sync to common apps on your computer such as Outlook and Address Book in Windows, or Mail, Contacts, Address Book, Calendar and Reminders on a Mac. Alternatively, you can sync everything to Google - mail, contacts, calendars, etc. Google sync is compatible with both iPhones and Android phones. And I think Windows Mobile, but that I'm not sure about.
