I have a new MacBook Pro and I followed these instructions, downlonading and installing the new Flash plugin. But when I looked in "/Library/Internet Plugins" there was no folder called "Disabled Plugins".
However, I did see two versions of Flash:
_Flash Player.plugin with old date
Flash Player.plugin with todays date
I deleted _Flash Player.plugin and this fixed the problem.

Hello, I have try to create a apple id, and using the procedure I must receive a verification email. So far I don't receive anything. The same problem has another friend of me. Does anyone know what happened, and don't receive this email?

You can get another verification email sent out by going to id.apple.com and logging in using Manage Apple ID. The button will be on the first page just under your primary email.
If you still don't receive it, the email may be linked to another Apple ID already. Check any other IDs that you know of belonging to friends or family. Your email could be linked as a secondary or rescue email. If so, remove it and request the verification email from your account again.
If the prior steps still do not get the email to you, call Apple directly and ask for Account Security. They can usually force the email to be sent if they can verify your identity as the account owner. The verification is usually just answering your security questions, giving details about the credit card linked to the account, or confirming a code sent out to your devices.

How can I view the same emails from the same account on two different computers.

I use 2 office computers and want to see all my Thunderbird emails. I dont need to use them at the same time, but want to be able to see the emails and responses from either computer? How can I direct the path do do this? Thanks for your help? Janet

iPhoto and Mail are two entirely separate apps, so Mail keeps no record of what iPhoto does and vice versa.
iPhoto's mail feature is aimed at folks who use web mail generally, and who wanted templates. It's a handy way to send photos to Grandma, it's not an email client. It doesn't have a history or sent mail box.
Workarounds:
You can set iPhoto to bcc yourself automatically
or
Use Mail. It has templates too, and more of them.

HT3228 I can't see the new email from my iPhone

I can't see my new email using my iPhone.
The only way I can do it is to open the email app then slide to the end of the inbox then load more messages & this is the only way instead of the normal way which is to open the mail app & then the iPhone will check for new emails automatically.
So If didn't check the emails that way I will never know about the new emails.

Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Fetch New Data > Push: On > Fetch: Every 15 Minitues
Note: These settings will affect your battery life. You will see a increase in the time between needed charges. Just so you know.

I don't want Icloud at all.
I don't use whatsoever however I did recently use my apple ID to log into icloud and there is a [email protected] email that seems to substituting for my actual email. How can I remove it? I certainly did not put that email adress there and it is unsettling is there any way to severe this email's connections from my phone and ID?

Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars and look in the Mail section. If you have an icloud account listed there, just delete it.

I have two Macs, one running on 10.6 and the other on 10.7 systems. I can receive and send Exchange emails on the 10.6 (mail 4.6) computer but not from the 10.7 (Mail 5.3) computer. The Account summary and set up is the same but I can not receive or send. I checked the account activities, all green. Checked the connection doctor, all green. Deleted adn re created the email account, the server accepted, yet I am still can't receive or send emails from the computer with 10.7 system. Any suggestions.

Hi Latoque, yes I did try to change it in both places but it doesn't seem to retain it for the Outgoing server.When I go to Preferences> Account information, the Incoming server password it very obvious but the Outgoing server password is not.While still on the Account information page I go down to the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): section and click on the two V's at the end of the entry and then click on the Edit SMTP Server List.....I then click on Advanced tab and enter the Outgoing password there below my User Name. I believe I am entering it in the correct place however it does not stay there and there is no reminder to Save when you exit the page.Please correct me if I an not entering the password in the right place. You do have the Blackberry Data plan right? That has been experienced befor with edge in lower case letters, but if you do have the data plan, maybe back up your information then wipe the phone and see if that helps, if not maybe one of the more knowledgable members has an idea for you.Good luck
