I can't redeem my code..

So I bought a $25 iTunes gift card but can't redeem it. I'm sure i typed the code in right but it keeps asking for my password countless times and i know I'm typing my stuff in right. Please help

I am also having the same issue. My card is not scratched and I know my password but all I get is a constant request for my password. Getting very irritated as this has Ben an issue for weeks now but usually I can get it through but not tonight.

I'm trying to redeem a gift code from IGN's Free Game of Month, but I can't! It's "The Wolf Among Us Episode 1". It says that the app contains age-resreicted material and asks to tap OK. But nothing happens after I press the button! What should I do?

@aesadmin when searching thru these forums for apple configurator issues & app not authorized threads the common feature appears to have been iTunes (mainly to do with the device not authorized) - however i'm beginning to think this is not related on this issue.
i've tried to deauthorise my mac, then reauthorize - no change.
i've tried to re-download the redemption code spreadsheet & reimport - no change.
even tried to just change the apple id password - no change.
after all the above failed, i did the longwinded itunes downgrade - no change.

I work in a school where I have been working updating 8 2008 macbook pros to Mavericks. I finished 7 of them before the weekend. I started on the final one today but now I can't redeem the codes in the app store because it wants me to update to 10.10.
I don't want to update to Yosemite, it appears to have numerous issues, particularly relating to speed on older macs such as ours.
Frankly it seems ridiculous that I could be forced to upgrade as soon as the new OS is available. It is arrogant in the extreme of Apple to expect their customers to jump at their say-so. Is there no room for backwards compatibility?
How can it be that over a single weekend the OS (Mavericks) goes from being the latest available to YOU MUST UPGRADE NOW?

If you have a question, ask it. If you want help solving this, then maybe you should consider contacting iTune store support. Though, if you take the same attitude with them, I wouldn't expect to get far.

How can I redeem a code for a yearly subscription to CC without providing credit card details?
I know it can be done as someone has posted his account of doing such as this. I, like him, do not see the need to provide these details as I don't want an auto renewel function on my account. I also don't trust american companies and the hoops you have to jump through in order to cancel a subscription. Also, the whole point of using a redeemable code is I've already purchase the item so said credit card details are not necessary.

I have a Canadian iTunes account how can I redeem an iTunes HD code that I received from an Amazon purchase. I tried to redeem it and it says that it is a US code only. I have heard you can create a new account with an American billing address and redeem it that way. But could I also change my current account to an American address (I have a US shipping address) redeem the code and switch back to the Canadian address or would I lose the digital copy. Does anyone have any experience with this? I have an Apple TV and would rather not have to log in and out just to watch movies.

You can't redeem it except in a US iTunes account. Since you got it from Amazon I would return it and ask them to replace it with one from the CAD store.
If you have a US iTunes account then you can switch to the US Store and redeem it there.
