I can't register my visa to Itunes. when i try, a red text appear wich says "The card cannot be used. please put in valid card information" even tho everything is put in exactly like it should be. What should i do?

Your question states that you already have an tv, so I'll restrict the answer to the current model only. You also ask if you can both have stuff ON the tv, from which I then assume you are asking if you can sync from both computers to the tv which you can't.
Only one computer can provide the primary library and sync content to an tv, you can of course set the other computer up to provide a secondary library and stream content to the tv from it when it is on with itunes running.
(Please excuse my unsupported nomenclature)

I wish to register my iPod and create an account and I cannot find a way to do so without entering credit card information. I never intend to download music from iTunes so I find it ridiculous that I need to give a credit card number. Am I missing an option somewhere to bypass this?

This is to verify your address for purposes of copyright.
You can create an iTunes account wiht A CC and then remove your CC info after the account is created.
Recently, Apple added a way to do it without a credit card so users can download free apps from the iTunes App store with no need for a credit card.
Open iTunes.
Go the main iTunes store screen.
Click App store on the left side.
Find any application that is free and click on *Get App*.
iTunes will pop up the login screen. Select *Create new account*.
When you get to payment options select None and finish the rest. You will get an email to verifiy your account.

If you wish to purcahse anything later, you will need to input a valid CC number or an iTunes gift card number.

Get an iTunes gift card & redeem that in iTunes using your existing Apple ID.
Then the option for none, regarding a credit card should appear.

How many iPods can be registered to iTunes?

Currently two shuffles and one iPod are registered to iTunes. I'm about to acquire two Nanos.
Somewhere I recall reading that iTunes would allow only so many iPods/Shuffles/Nanos to be registered. Is there a limit to the number of units that can be registered?
If there is a limit how does one deauthorize one of the units? The iPod is NG, so it is the one that will be deauthorize. The two Nanos have not been registed. Can someone please explain the procedures?

Is the English sim from the original carrier as that is usually the message you get with a carrier locked phone.

Search your email for the word Logic (and set the search to All) and you should find the receipt (so long as you didn't delete it)
Other than that.. simply contact Apple directly and ask.. Make sure you have your transaction details ready for them as they will need it...

Is this a new Apple iD? If it is, and you have already set it up, then you have two options:
1. Temporarily put a Credit Card or Gift Card on the account to download the free app. If you put a credit card, then once you have downloaded the app, you should be able to go into your Account preferences and change the payment option to = None.
2. You can download the fee App, and then set up a new Apple ID.
