I can't reinstall CS5 Ext after previous successful installation

Hi, I recently had a crash and had to do a complete clean Windows 7 64-bit reinstall. I reinstalled PS CS5 Ext successfully from the DVD, but had then to do a system restore for other reasons, and so deauthorized Photoshop again. When I went to reinstall, I got a message saying that the Installation [something - I can't remember exactly, package or something] was not working and it gave a link to an Adobe website. When I got there, it was discontinued. I don't know what the problem is. I tried installing again, but same problem.

I have recently updated my iTunes to the latest version in order to sync music onto my new ipod shuffle. However after a successful installation the application does not launch or open? There are no error messages. The application is just unresponsive.
I have already checked the compatibility with Safari, my operating system and checked my firewall is not blocking it - all is fine.
Does anyone have any other resolutions?

Thank you for your time and response. The trouble is I am unable to launch iTunes? I have restarted my macbook air a number of times to try and initiate the application but the issue persists and the application remains unresponsive. Will not launch?

Can't reinstall CC program after uninstall (in this case, Bridge)

I uninstalled Bridge CC on the advice of an Adobe chat tech support person. (I have a screen shot of the chat.)
Now I can't reinstall Bridge CC. The Adobe Application Manager says it's installed and does not offer an option to reinstall. Grrr.
Other than wishing for a boxed set where I have complete control, what can I do?

Hi Jeff,
After 3-4 days, the other apps had an update. After the update, suddenly I could install Bridge CC. Go figure. But it's working now.
Uninstall and reinstall are not obvious or easy with Creative Cloud, and I was wishing for the box version where I had control over things like this unstead of spending hours doing Google searches and chatting with tech support. I hadn't activated the software or even launched it before uninstalling.
As I said, it's working now. But this needs to be an easier process!

How can I reinstall Photoshop CS6l after system restore

I downloaded and installed the trial version of CS6 a few days ago and everything was working wonderfully. Yesterday, some adware found its way through my firewall and installed itself on my system. The only restore point I had available predated the CS6 installation, and after the system recovered, PhotoShop was gone. I attempted to install it again to continue the trial, but got an error that directed me to a site that is no longer maintained by Adobe. How can I fix this? I'm sure the time limit on the trial hasn't stopped counting down, but I'm unable to install and check out the software. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

i had to get a new hard drive as my other one wore out and i am just wondering if i can reinstall cs5 onto it using the cds i have or does it only allow one installation?

EBS 12.1.3 unable to restart after a successful installation

Hi all,
I've installed the EBS 12.1.3 template following the instructions in this guide: http://www.pythian.com/blog/build-ebs-sandbox-1hr. By the way, it's a charm not using VM Server/Manger... ;)
Directly after the installation, I'm able to access to EBS; the login page is available and I can logon into the app.
The problem is, after a reboot of the APPS template, I'm unable to log again.
At the startup, at the step Starting ebizapps, I have the following error:
/u01/E-BIZ/apps/apps_st/appl/APPSbydb_atgtxk02.env: line 31: /u01/E-BIZ/inst/apps/mydb_atgtxk02/ora/10.1.2/mydb/atgtxk02.env: No such file or directory
It is true I do not have /u01/E-BIZ/inst/apps/mydb_atgtxk02/ora/10.1.2/mydb as a directory. Into /u01/E-BIZ/inst/apps/mydb_atgtxk02, I only have admin directory.
I can't explain how after a successful login, a reboot of the EBIZ app template messes up the all thing.

Change to => ". /u01/E-BIZ/apps/apps_st/appl/APPSVIS*.env"

Unable to login to apex as admin after apparent successful installation

I am unable to login to apex as admin after an apparent successful installation.
I have an existing Oracle database 11.2.0.1.0 with Oracle Text running on Windows 7 Professional with hundreds of gigabytes of free disk space available. I did everything as an operating system user with administrator privileges. I downloaded the latest version of apex 4.0.2 for all languages, unzipped the downloaded zip file, extracting all files to an apex directory. I changed the working directory to apex and started sql*plus, connected sys as sysdba, ran apexins.sql installation, apex_epg_config.sql and apexconf.sql configuration, apexchpwd.sql to change the admin password, and apxldimg.sql to copy the images, and exec dbms_xdb.sethttpport(8080), unlocked accounts, and granted connect privileges.
The installation log did not show any errors and included:

When I use either browser, Firefox 3.6.12 or Internet Explorer 8.0, and go to http://localhost:8080/apex/apex_admin I get a screen that says:
"Enter Application Express internal administration credentials"
and has boxes for a username and password. When I enter admin and the admin_password that I selected, then click on login nothing happens. I don't get logged in. I don't get an error message. It does not show any signs of anything running. It just sits there. I also don't get any messages from Windows or Norton 360 indicating that a pop-up window was blocked or any such thing. I checked that the services are running and also tried shutting down the computer and re-starting (cold boot), but was still unable to login.
I am a retired developer, not a DBA, so if there is anything else that I should do or check or provide, then please let me know. I have provided a copy and paste of everything that I could think of below. Oddly I don't see an admin user.

Are you sure you did give right path to script ? Yes.

For script to update images, you give path to folder where you did extract apex install files.
In above case that is then c:\temp .

Can't install Exchange 2013 after previous uninstall (insufficient user privileges with the same user)

I have installed Exchange 2013 on Windows Server 2012, which ist a member of a Windows Server 2012 R2 Domain. All prerequisites and AD modifications were successfully completed and I could install Exchange 2013. Unfortunately I made a mistake with
the target directory and had to uninstal Exchange 2013. If I start the Setup again, it fails in prerequisite check - the current user should not be a member of Enterprise and Schema admin Group, but it's the same user, which comleted the previous Installation
of Exchange 2013! Do you have any idea how to solve this Problem - I'm running out of ideas.

Inhave tried to run setup /PrepareSchema again and get the following error in exchange setup log:

How can I reinstall Bluetooth drivers after loading windows 7 64 bit version on my 2010 iMac?

I have just uninstalled windows 7 32 bit version which I have been using for ages and upgraded to the 64 bit version. I did this from the windows partition in my bootcamp divided hard drive. I then reinstalled the drivers using the application DVD which came with my machine but the Bluetooth driver is missing. One thought I have is whether I would be able to use the driver DVD which came with my 2011 MacBook Air (which has been running fine on windows 64bit version since I bought it)
Would this work or any other ideas?

How can i reinstalling pdf printer after acrobat XI evaluation installation ?

Sorry for my bad english ....
Having a lot of problem with acrobat 8 pro (unable to desinstall/reinstall), i fanally decides to install the evaluation version acrobat XI .
Now i can open my pdf files and also save as pdf files my office files but i can't directely print on my adobe pdf printer ( i can't see it on my printers list).
I 've tried to reinstall this printer (new port) but it doesn't work .
Doesn't anybody have a (good) idea ?
Note : the 'save as' is very long (almost 3 mns for a file ).....

Can I reinstall CS5.5 Design Premium to win8.1 with the same (old) license code (Laptop nr 2 crashed)

If not, I should buy Adobe CC voor individuals (I am a one person self-employed company). Can I install this CC on multiple computers (like 3)? I don't have to work with them simultaniously. I use DW, FW, PS, Ai the most but buying 4 apps at € 25 is more expensive than the whole lot.

Error message when trying to start Elements 7 after restore of PC (Win XP) "failed to start b/c application configuration is incorrect". When trying to uninstall 7, it doesn't show up in Conrol Panel. But there is a Photoshop 7 folder in Program files. If someone could PLEASE HELP, it would be greatly appreciated.
