I am in a vicious circle.Support have emailed me and stated they can't change it?!

Sign in at http://icloud.com with the new ID and password and confirm that your data is still all there.
Then sign out in System Preferences>iCloud then sign back in with the new ID and password. Your data will disappear from your Mac when you sign out, but will reappear when you sign back in.

Connect the iPod to the computer and restore via iTunes. If necessary, place the iPod in Recovery Mode to allow the restore.

For instance, I found instructions that say open a command in administrator mode by right-clicking and choosing "Run as administrator" but no information as to where that is done. You need to either reset the rescue email address's password(check the site's help for instructions) or ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Can't remember my password for my Game Center account

Game Center has always signed in automatically from my ipod touch. But all of a sudden not too long ago it asked for my login info and I can't remember my password. There are no FAQs or anything for the app, as far as I can tell, and I don't even know for sure if I'm using the right email address. Any help is appreciated!

I am trying to add another device to extend the wifi but I can not remember my password to my airport base station what do I do?

Reset it.. or find the old password.
Plug the computer into the airport by ethernet.. or you can do this by wireless..
Press in reset button for just 1sec.. (means less than 10sec)..
This is called a soft reset.. all passwords go back to default.. public for the base station.. nothing for wireless..
You now have full access for 5min.. open the airport utility.. click on the airport.. go to passwords.
Lo and behold.. all your secret identity available to all and sundry.
Note.. all security on the airport routers is illusionary.. as long as anyone has physical access to it.. they can find out everything.. and what is more.. there is no record once the 5min expires.
Sure is great for domestic equipment though... stops support calls dead.

I can supply further details as necessary. Yosemite is new install. Working fine. No problems. Haven't yet tried any trouble shooting, with the exception of turning to the the Apple forums for some help.

Go to System Preferences > iCloud, and open it. Then, enter the Email address you used when you created your account.
(If you have more than 1 Email address, try each until it verifies the Email address you ORIGINALLY used to register.)
Then, to reset your forgotten password, click on the "Forgot?" link next to the PASSWORD box, and then choose Reply via Email, as long as it is NOT an @icloud.com address. If it is, you MUST use your Cell phone number, instead.
Further instructions will be included in Apple's "Password Re-set" reply.
FYI: I just wish Apple would allow us to answer one of our Security questions, to have the OPTION to re-use the same PASSWORD that we forgot.
Some of us do not use Cell phones.
