I can't remove forecast fox, my computer works like molasses worse since your last update. HELP!!!

Help, I can't remove that weather thing. It is so annoying that you provide downloads to things that cannot be removed. I really can't stand Firefox anymore because my computer is so slow now I might as well be using one from 1989. I am so frustrated. I called Microsoft a couple of weeks ago to help with slowness and they connected remotely and cleaned up a bunch of stuff for me. But my computer is still so slow and seems like it is always trying to load something and I can't do anything online. Sometimes I just have to close Firefox using task manager and reboot. I started Firefox in your safe mode the other day and it worked faster. I thought if I remove the weather crap it might work better but there is no way I can find to remove it. Thats craziness! PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

All we know about your system is what you tell us (plus a little bit of automated info provided when you post questions) we really have no idea what "''the weather crap ''" is or what you managed to download that resulted in you commenting '' "It is so annoying that you provide downloads to things that cannot be removed. Are you able to provide more details about the "weather crap" what is the proper name of the software and the site it uses please? If I assume it is not out and out malware then it may be; either an add-on, listed when you use:
* Firefox button -> Add-ons -> plug-ins
* or an extension:
** that would often be listed under Firefox Button -> Add-ons -> extensions
** in this case it probably is not listed, so look from your Windows XP OS
*** use Start -> Control Panel -> Add or remove programs <br/> are you able to identify the program in that listing, if so will it remove ?

When you move a folder to iCloud Drive, it will upload the contents of this folder to iCloud Drive, but it may take a long tome, even for small items. You may see progress bars, while the contents is uploading. And the folder may look empty, until it will be updated from iCloud. For example - shortly after adding the folder "neueBilder" to iCloud Drive.

and when i get to the add/remove programs menu from control panel, itunes begins to uninstall, stops, and then just goes right back to the add/remove program menu and is still there. nothing happens.

It's probably the MacDefender scareware trojan horse. If you have this here is how to remove it.
1. Open Activity Monitor look for MacDefender process double click on it and hit quit or force quit.
2. Go to System Preferences, Go to accounts, Go to login items look for anything related to MacDefender hightlight it by clcking on it once. Then hit the minus sign to remove it.
3. Go to applications folder and drag MacDefender to the trash.
4. Open finder and do a search for Macdefender and remove anything you see related to MacDefender.
5. Open Spotlight (the little magnyfing glass in the menubar far right corner) and do a search for MacDefender.
6. Restart your computer and empty trash.
7. If you feel you need to have virus protection for your Mac use ClamXav. It's the recommended AV program for MacOSX. Hope this helps.

When you upgraded to Pages 5.0, the Mac App Store kept Pages '09 in case you want to use it again.
To access to Pages '09, open a Finder window, choose Applications in the sidebar and open the old Pages version. To access to it quickly, you can drag the icon to the Dock.
I do not recommend you to remove Pages 5.0 or the Mac App Store will be always asking you to upgrade Pages. Also, Apple will add more features to Pages 5.0 in the future. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6049?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

That's an unusual message to be getting on a Windows system. (Typically it's a Mac itunes installation message.)
I'd like to have a closer look at that error message please, tamara.
Try another iTunes install. While the error message box is open, hold down the Alt key and hit the PrtSc key. Paste the screenshot into an image file (using a program like Paint), and save the file.
Start a reply here and click the wee camera icon at the top of the reply window. Click "Choose file", browse to the image file, select the file and click "Open". Now click "Insert file" to insert the screenshot into the reply.

Thanks for that 'sberman' - because my iPhone is backed-up to my work computer (only at this stage) I have had to call our IT Department in Adleaide. (4 times this morning). The last guy managed to get the phone into 'DFU Mode' - no more recovery mode screen - (kind of 'asleep' perhaps) from my understanding of same. I am awaiting a call again from IT so they can get my computer to actually recognise my iPhone on the C Drive. This also happened to one of my colleagues in Newman (WA). She got so frustrated with the whole process that she bought another phone the next time she was in 'civilisation.' She hasn't had any problems since. (Cross fingers).

1.10.6 works in Yosemite, I suggest removing it and installing a new copy, from the App Store or from Amazon. They both work.

Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.
If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123.

Problems since the last update and unable to remove program from comp...

I haven't been able to run itunes since the last update. Anytime I try to run it, it gives me the preparing to install window and then a little while afterwards, says that the folder program files contains an invalid character. I tried moving the program out of the that folder even as far as to the desktop as the help topic suggested. I have tried removing the program from the comp, but it won't let me do that because of the same reason it won't run itunes. I am at a loss of what to do. I can't seem to be able to repair it nor can I remove it and reinstall. I really don't want a defunct program just eating space on my comp. Please help.

Can you install any program? If so can you install the MS cleanup utility?

What do your mean by "mygallery"? Is this some service independent of icloud?
The old gallery on MobileMe is no longer, and icloud does not have such a service. Did you save your old photos that were on MobileMe to a computer? Because that was the only way to save them. They are not on icloud.

Ok, I am having literally identical issues with Marathon Max.
I try to connect, and it says, "Itunes could not connect to the itunes store, Make sure your network connection is active and try again." I have contacted my ISP, and they ran a full check, and sayed I should be able to connect to pretty much all websites. I did the whole "ipconfig" thing and that was no help. I also tried the "msconfig" thing, and it sayed it did not recognize it as any kind of command, internal or external command or operable program or batch file. Whats strange is I can connect from another computer just fine, but when offered to upgrade itunes I declined for fear of the same thing happpening. I am tempted to just upgrade it and thus demonstrate that itunes has a flaw in their upgrade. I will save this computers diagnostics, and the other one's too, before and after the upgrade. I look forward to sending more feedback regarding this matter

HT5706 How do I update my software on my Apple TV if the television isn't supporting my ATV anymore since the last update. Can I update through iTunes?

Since I last updated ATV my own tv no longer supports my ATV. On my HDMI channel it is picking up different Hz levels ranging from 18 Hz to 180 Hz when ATV is plugged in. A few times some white lines have appeared on the screen as though it is trying to connect. I have tested a different HDMI chord and that didn't have any effect and I've reset my Wi-if router. My tv still supports my bluray DVD player through the HDMI port. I want to update my ATV as I think that will fix the problem, but I can't see the menu on the tv to do so. Is there any way I can do this via iTunes or iPad?

What TV are you using? Did you try switching ports?
Yes, you can connect to iTunes via micro usb. It will restore the system and install the latest firmware.
