Do they appear in the iTunes Store > Purchased section? (Use the search tool.) If so delete from iTunes, close iTunes and restart, then download from iTunes Store > Purchased > Not on this computer.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.

Two movies i purchased are no longer on my itunes but i can see them in my purchase history. How can i get them back?

I purchased two movies for my iphone 4. I sold the iphone 4 but i still had the movies on my itunes. Recently i had to reset my itunes password and when i did all my itunes library was gone. I can see everything in my purchase history but i cant seem to get it back and i have just bought a new ipad i wanted the movies for that.

Was it purchased by that account, and is it still available in the store ? If it's been withdrawn from the store then you won't be able to re-download it

Restore from previous backup, be sure use the same iTunes and account you used to store your stuff into your device.

You don't need to install iTunes for the purchase history. You can see it in your iPad (iTunes > Purchased), but you need to install it if you want the order numbers

Why i can't report problem about in-app purchase on iTune stores.

I buy in-app purchase in game "contract killer 2" but it said purchase fail. I buy it again and again but it still said purchase fail. Next time my bank called me to warning about paying from credit card for 100$. Until this morning I recieve Email from apple about cost of in-app purchase. It has 2 bills for 100$, so I open Emails to report problem from iTunes but I can't do anything because when I click report problem it open browse and open apple support pages all times. What can I do?? Please help me.

Can't report problem

Trying to report being double billed for a purchase. I have tried following the instructions for reporting the problem, however when I click on "report a problem" beside the offending purchase in the purchase history, http://www.apple.com/au/support/itunes/store tries opening in my browser but is redirected to http://www.apple.com/au/support/itunes/ and this page doesn't have anywhere to report a problem. Anyone have suggestions of what else I can try?

I know a few years ago there use to be an easier way to contact iTunes via a web form. I think that link is as close as you're going to get unless someone else knows how. You could also try calling 1-800-MY-APPLE and see where they direct you. For an online store the size of iTunes, it seems it should be easier to get billing support.
I just checked an email receipt I got for a purchase to see if you could reply to one of those, but the adress is
"iTunes Store <[email protected]>"

Can't see apps in purchase history of app store in iphone

Hello guys,
Today I faced a very weird problem with Itunes apps.
i was hiding some apps in my mac, but all those changes were not reflecting in my iphone running on latest ios 8.1.2. But as far as as other iphone running running on IOS 7.1.2 it was showing all those changes.
Then i asked apple customer care.
They told me to sign out itunes, turn iphone off/on and sign in again in itunes i did the same.
He also told me to turn off family sharing i turned it off.
After signing back app store showed no purchased app.
Even i downloaded a new app from store that was also not shown in purchase history.
I can say purchase history was black.
I have many apple products running on different IOS.
Following were the outcomes in various products:
Iphone 6 plus     IOS 8.1.2     Purchase history is blank even if i buy new app it is not added to purchase history
Iphone 5S          IOS 8.1.2     Purchase history showing all apps including apps that i have hide using macbook, but new purchases are not added.
Ipad Rati            IOS 8.1.2     Purchase history showing all apps including apps that i have hide using macbook, but new purchases are not added.
Iphone 5            IOS 7.1.2     Purchase history is working perfectly it is showing all the changes instantaneously, all those apps i hide were not shown, all new                                                   purchases in app store were visible and added to my purchase history, irony is even the apps i bought on iphone 6 + are showing                                                 up in purchase history of IOS 7.1.2

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried that but didn't help. I also logged in to http://store.ovi.com with web browser and I could change the phone model to correct one (5230). However, this information was not passed on to the Nokia account so that with phone app the change was not visible. So the problem is still on.

I can not purchase a movie because it gives me an error. Problem in my purchase history.

Not sure what you are asking or what you have done.
You get one and only one download. You can them move/copy the content ( movie in this case) wherever you want it. Your music/movies will only be where you put them.
The ipod touch will sync with one and only one computer at a time. If you sync to another, it will first erase the current content and replace with content from the new computer.
You should move everything from the old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to the new one.

Have you tried the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history as opposed to the email receipt ?
log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If that doesn't work then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.
