stevejobsfan is correct; iwork for ios is free only for new purchases of new ios devices. A good work around (if you have wifi connectivity) is going to the icloud website on your ipad, and working on your document.
A word of caution (the real reason I am responding to your post). If you do a lot of 'formatting' of a document on iwork for mac, and then save it in icloud; you will probably loose most of the formatting you have done (this will be true if you oppen the document in iwork for ios; also) It happened to me, and I did not duplicate the document before saving it to icloud; I lost at least an hours worth of work.

Thanks for your prompt reply...but is there no solution to it...since the file download is almost 4.34gb..its a long download..internet is bound to go down for a while in such a long download..and whenever the net goes down for a minute or two I pause the download and restart..but everytime I restart it starts from the beginning...i believe for the earlier version i.e. Lion pause function was enabled and download used to begin from I have paused...I then successfully downloaded lion on the same internet network I now use at my home..Please help if you can or ne1 can..Many Thanks!!!

Don't think so. At least during my wife's upgrade, she did over the air and we had to wait until it finished, to avoid any further issues. There was no "Cancel" button and I didn't want to spend much more time trying to fix it after turning the phone off...

At 2 years ago was unimaginable having so many error issues in Apple products... BTW,
I had purchased a music album in iTunes, track by track, just because my download restrictions, but at some point one of the tracks stops downloading and I can't resume it, and worst, I can't complete the album in way to obtain the booklet, only available to the complete album purchases.
My question is, how can I delete that semi-downloaded track, once the delete option are disabled?

if you're trying to install photoshop elements 13 on a pc, you should download an exe and a matching 7z.
when both files complete downloading, put both in the same directory and click (or double click) the exe.
