I can't save my forms as a pdf?

I can't save my forms in form central as a pdf?

Thank you for the answer.
I´m subscribed for Photoshop and Lightroom (Photography). I used that account/login when I created my form.
I successfully managed to create and export the form as a pdf about 1-2 weeks ago with the same account and now it suddenly won´t work?
I tried to create a new form but it says that I can only create one form with a free account?
I´m not happy that formcentral will shut down, but I thought I at least could export a few forms that I need before June.
I hope that this can be fixed.
Regards,
Daniel

Can I simultaneously save a form as a PDF and export to Excel?

Regardless of your goal yes, it would be separate steps - but let me see if I understand what you want so I can explain better...
I am assuming you want to export the response data to Excel, this is an action from the "File" = "Export Responses" menu item and can export all of the response data to Excel at one time (also has the option of PDF or CSV).  That would be done as one step, exporting to Excel.  If you also wanted a PDF version of the table with all responses you could repeat that and select "PDF" the second time.
If you want PDF's of each individual response (you can "Download Response as PDF" which is a PDF that looks like the original form filled out) then that is also a separate step and has to be done individually for each response you want to download as PDF.

  • Can i save my form and print it

Can I save my form and print it

    Hi,
You will not be able to save the FormsCentral online HTML form locally and print.  If you have Acrobat XI, you could create a PDF form via FormsCentral (Download as PDF) locally and open it via Adobe Acrobat/Reader and print it.  If you are using the online FormsCentral app, then you need a paid subscription to be able to create the PDF form.
    Hope this helps,
    Thanks,

how can i save my form design as a pdf?

You will need to have a paid FormsCentral account (Basic or Plus) or a copy of Acrobat Pro XI.
If using a paid FormsCentral account with the form open for editing you select file menu File-> Save As PDF Form...
If using Acrobat Pro XI you will create the form using FormsCentral for Acrobat and select menu File-> Save As PDF Form...

  • Created a Form in Adobe Acrobat XI and save that form as "Standard" PDF

I created a Form with Adobe Acrobat XI and now I want to add a button for save that form as "Standard" PDF with Java Script or other suitable way. Please help me.
    Thank You.

Forms are entirely standard. What do you mean by "standard" in this case. Do you mean "not a form, so that the bits filled in are just permanent parts of the PDF like the other stuff"?

    Hi MsSunnyD,
Try uninstalling Adobe Acrobat using the Adobe cleaner Tool  http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Then, try installing Adobe Reader XI. That should resolve the problem.

  • How can I save a partially filled in PDF form and complete it later, before submission?

When I try to do this (in Reader X), I get the following error message:
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Save a copy is only available in Acrobat Pro, so users wouldn't have this option. Most of users would have only the PDF Reader to fill in the form. They can either click on the disc or go to File\Save As...\PDF to save the form. It works ok on my computer, but obviously not on all. Thank you for sharing your thoughts though.
    Best wishes.

  • Can I save the form as well as pdf in the system?

    Hi,
I know that I can use the interactive forms as a kind of paper like user interface.
But is it as well possible to save the files as pdf in the system AND extract he data entered in the form into the tables in the SAP system?
    Kind regards,
    Carl

    Hello Carl,
Yes both the things are possible in the interactive forms.
There are wide range of APIs available wherein you can get the PDF as a byte array and then can use the normal Java APIs to save the PDF on the file system.
To have the data extracted into the tables of the SAP system, you need to use a model node in your interactive form based applications and then you can transfer data to and from the backend to interactive forms.

  • Save a form to normal PDF in Acrobat Reader

I created a form which my clients can fill in and save within Adobe Reader. The problem is that if the clients want to send this newly edited file to their clients, it will still be still an editable form.
How can my client save this form as a normal PDF and pass it on?

They can't if they just have Reader. The best Reader can do is set the fields to read-only. This can be done with a JavaScript attached to a button, for example. If they use Acrobat the form can be flattened so that the field appearances get converted to regular page contents, removing the interactive fields in the process.

  • Suddenly, I can't save Safari web pages as PDFs. ???

I often download website documents to my Mac Pro by choosing the "Save as PDF" option in the Print dialog box. Suddenly, that option is "grayed-out" and unavailable. There's a Save as Postcript option which ultimately fails, and I can print the document on paper, which is not an acceptable alternative.
This problem appeared after I downloaded the latest System 10.4.9 update, but I can't say whether that's the cause.
I can still save Safari pages as PDF files on my G4 Power Book, also running 10.4.9, but not on the Mac Pro. Both computers have Adobe CS2's PDF capabilities in addition to Apple's Preview software.
Any ideas? (Previous posts on similar problems did not have an answer.)

    Hello David:
    Hard to tell what happened.
I would do a couple of things:
    Clear the Safari cache.
Trash the preference file (com.apple.safari.plist) and restart.
If that does not help, you could (depending on how important the function is to you) run an archive and install:

  • Save editable form into regular PDF document using Acrobat Reader

    Hello,
With Adobe Pro, I've created a PDF form using the following:
    Save As Other...
    Reader Extended PDF
Enable More Tools (includes form fill-in & save)...
Once saved, I am sending this form to colleagues for them to fill out.  These colleagues only have access to Acrobat Reader.
What I'm hoping to do is to have them save the file into a regular PDF document with the info inserted in the form but without the option to change the form info (change from editable form to regular PDF file).
    Thanks for your help.

Hrm, OK. Well I actually DON'T have my document set as a reader extended PDF. If i fill out my fields then try to use the sign feature, it's not flattening the fields when I save/close reopen. They are still editable.
Just as a test, I saved it as reader extended and the sign feature is grayed out as you stated it should be. I am using acrobat X to create my fields and using reader XI to test inputting data/saving.
I need users to be able to fill it out, save then send and the recipient NOT be able to modify the fields. Am I missing something with the sign feature?
    Thanks again for the reply!

  • Can you save print settings with a PDF?

I have an 8.5"x14" PDF. Is there anyway to save default print settings with this PDF so if a user opens it on their machine it defaults to printing to 8.5"x14" paper? Right now it always defaults to the standard 8.5"x11". I'm not sure this can be done because it seems like more of a specific users machine thing. I don't think you can save print settings with a PDF can you?
    Thanks!

The "auto-formatting" of a hardcopy print format is generally the realm of the output device, in this case the printer. Printer software gereally includes an auto-format feature that selects the proper bin. For those who only have a "letter" tray, it usually asks to feed the right format manually, or switch trays. This is not a PDF feature but an output device feature.
    Hope this helps.

  • Can you "deconstruct" XML form tabs from PDFs?

OK, I'll try this here.. sorry for posting this all over but I'm near desperate to find an answer
I have a pdf that was created Acrobat Designer 7.1. It uses, for lack of a better term, tabs. You click on a prticular field and the document changes to a new set of pages. These pages aren't visible any other way.
I can not  save these pages alone. I can only save the document as a whole.
I need to pull these out with text intact for comparison purposes. (DocuProof Enterprise)
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
If you know in advance what fields you want exported you could set these objects binding to Name/Normal (in the Object > Binding palette) in Designer. Other fields would have a binding set to None. This would reduce the amount of data exported.
However, please note that fields with a data binding of None, will never participate in the data processing.
