After Adobe Download Assistant is installed, you can start it at any time and select a product to download at the bottom of the window. The list updates as new products become available to download with the Adobe Download Assistant.

If you click on Purchases icon in the toolbar you should find it listed with your purchases. There should be a progress bar showing.
The file is over 4 GBs. How long it takes depends on your internet service speed.

Can't see files in document / downloads folder on dmg disk image

So my last update OSX 10.6.8 crapped out and i couldnt boot the system anymore... So i decided to install a new system, before i did that i backed up my whole HDD with disk utility into a compressed DMG file. I went ahead and installed OSX 10.7 new mounted the DMG file, problem is i can't see any files in my document or in my downloads folder anyone has a solution for this or know what causes this problem. Please let me know.

The Finder is a bit lackadaisical about updating itself, you can click back & forth enough times, closing folders, opening folders and eventually it'll be in touch, or you can try something like "A Better Finder Attributes", for it's "force the Finder to update stale information about your files" feature.

Can't see Acrobat Background behind Pages PDF?

I am trying to apply a background in Acrobat 6 to a pdf printed from Pages 2.0.1 and I can't see it. If I apply the same thing as a watermark, it works fine.
If I export to Word and print to PDF from there, I can add the background just as I want.
It appears that Pages exports a solid white backgound that hides the Acrobat background. The background I want to apply is my letterhead. I never know when I start a document if I will print it on real printed paper letterhead or if I will need to send it via email. So I want to be able to use a single template file with a transparent back so I can apply my letterhead to it. By the way, my letterhead contains a "watermark" image in the middle of the page, so putting it on as a watermark in Acrobat does not work for me
Does anyone know how to print a PDF from Pages (either via Print to PDF or via Distiller) that I can then apply my letterhead to in Acrobat?

All seems the long way round, to me. Doubtless there'll be other users who can help you navigate cross-app complexities. I just use Pages, and don't.
But have you tried to make a background of your letterhead and watermark in Pages? Set up a text box to hold them, leave just enough margin to manipulate the text box, leaving the marginless printing option in the print dialogue to bleed it out later. Make the object "fixed on page" and deselect "object causes wrap" in the object inspector, then send it back - or even to the back from the "arrange" menu. Make it a master object if you want it on every page, and layer whatever else you want over it. If you just want to send an overlaying text, then select that and paste it into whatever application you want to send it from. Do the background in Pages first, that is to say, and then make your PDF or whatever you need from that.
Type "watermarks" (for example) in the online help search for details.
Of course there could well be something about Acrobat that I don't know, that could prevent your importing its product into Pages to use in this way. I'll have to leave that for others to solve if it's a problem. But please be aware that Pages does have comprehensive layering and "alpha object" transparency control in its own right via the object inspector: it doesn't need Acrobat to support that. The question is, can you get at the source of your Acrobat material, and can you get that into Pages? If you can, you can manipulate it.
Should my suggestion prove constructive, its gist is to consider Pages as a source of overlayed layout, not simply as a vehicle for other versions of it.

Why I can't see videos although I downloaded

I downloaded Adobe Flash Player as requested by Facebook and You tube to be able to watch videos but I still can't watch videos because any time I try to open one, I see a message requesting to download Adobe Flash player again... How may I sovle this matter?

Do you see the Flash plugin on the Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins page?
Firefox uses a different (NPAPI) Flash plugin than IE (ActiveX), so make sure to install the Flash Player plugin for Firefox.

I can't see my Kobo to download books in 4.0

I have a Kobo e-reader. I downloaded 4.0 from Adobe and ordered a book from my library. I can see the book is there but Adobe cannot see my Kobo. I uninstalled and tried again, re-booted my computer, and still no luck

Connect your KOBO to your computer using a Micro USB cable.
Tap Connect on your KOBO .
Launch ADE.
Kobo eReader will appear in bookshelf (listed on the left side under Devices).

Where can I see the amount of Downloads of my free app

I cant seems to find the amount of Apps being downloaded of my App 2Visitus " Counter". Can I find this somewhere, or can one only see apps that is sold for money.

With iTunes 11 -Latest version choose the Music Library in the top left hand radio button.

In the top left hand corner you will see a little half black half white square.
Click on this scrolled down to show menu bar.
This adds to traditional Windows menu bar to the view
Now click on view menu and click on show status bar.

A grey bar is added to the bottom of the iTunes window - within this window you will see number of items, total play time and storage space taken up.

Can't see public themes or download as ase files

I have created a number of themes from a series of images.
These themes are ALL public (I have checked and checked).
When I open the Kuler panel in InDesign, and search on my
name (as the creator of these themes) only SOME of them appear.
I have also tried to download these themes as ASE files
thinking I could get to them that way, but when I try to download,
I navigate to the place on the hard drive where I want to store
them and click OK. Nothing arrives on my disk. So, I tried again. I
looked at the Save file as type dropdown and notice that there are
NO options here. It fails repeatedly and silently.
Any ideas?

Just had another look:
I have 1 theme which is called Fish. I have another theme
called Fish Bright. The Fish loaded, but the Fish Bright is
ignored. I went back to Kuler online and changed the name of Fish
Bright to Bright Fish. It showed up immediately. Could this be a
bug?
But none of the other missing themes have common words in
their names. I'm puzzled. Why can't InDesign see the other themes?
I am searching using their creator name "tamsin".
I'm on Windows by the way.

How can I see what apps automatically downloaded to the other iphone?

I have two iphones associated with my apple ID. One for me and one for my son. He is with his mother half the time so to be physically next to the phone is not possible at the moment.
I noticed on my phone that I got two apps that he downloaded. However, I downloaded an app that I don't think he should have. I saw in my Settings > itunes & App Stores that Automatic Downloads for Music and Apps were both set to ON. I don't use the iCloud. Is there a chance that my son has this app on his iphone now?
If this matters - I am on iOS 6.0.2, iphone 5 - he is on iOS 5.1.1, iphone 4s

Options/General half way down the page, you will see where downloads are sent to.
But to update Firefox all you have to do is open Help/About Firefox.

ITunes 11 Apps Notificaion? Can't See the apps is Downloaded or NOT

To whom it may concern
Everyone, I am using windows xp with the latest of the itunes 11, i have a question about the apps section.
before, when i am using the 10.5version. when you downloaded the apps once, when you go back to the same page, is show you downloaded.
but now, when i use itunes 11, it didn't show i was download, can let you download or buy, is so not good for me, because, i don't remember which apps i bought before.
is anyone like that? or just mine?
