I can't see any menu, iphone details, and other things in itunes for windows. does anyone know what to do about this ?

I have a big problem with itunes. I can't see a few things in it.
I have attached a picture below.
Also please note, i am a fresh iPhone owner and I run iTunes 10.5 on Windows 7 on 32 bits, and had NO problem with anything until iTunes.
Try taking the USB lead out of the PC and plugging into another
Then turn the phone off by holding the power ans home buttons at the same time
the screen should now be dark
press the home button down and keep it down while plugging in the lead to the phone, the apple logo should appear and then the pic of the USB on the screen, keep the button pressed all thru this and your pc should recognise the phone and open itunes (if its not already open )

Don't spend a lot of time trying to change it. It's an iCloud problem that's happened before, and when it happened in August it went back to the correct colors in a few days. Just be careful when you add new items to the calendar to use the right calendar (even if the color is wrong), otherwise you'll have things out of synch when the correct colors come back.

I can't get my project to share. A pop up screen comes up saying, "This item can't be shared while it is still referencing media on the camera". Does anyone know what this means. I'm confused because I don't have a camera hooked up to my computer.
may you have directly imported clip to timeline without copying it to local drive..
update project for links and check if missing clips are there..

My Iphone 5 does this weird thing where it just freezes, some random vertical lines show up, and shuts off. Does anyone know what the cause of this is?
Backup and restore your software via iTunes. If the problem continues, restore as a NEW device. If this solves it, that means there is some corruption in your backup file, or maybe it's one of your apps causing the trouble. If the problem is still there, you should take it to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store for evaluation.

Since upgrading to iOS 7.0, my friend can no longer text me. I get all other people's texts with no problem. I can text her, she can't text me. It bounces back to her phone as "message undeliverable". Does anyone know what to do about that?

I purchased and Iphone 5 directly from apple, sim free over 12 months ago now. I have been using the phone on Vodafone with no issues. I have now upgraded to the Iphone 6 and therefore sold on the Iphone to a friend of mine. He lives in Ireland and therefore has a Vodafone Ireland simcard. Given that the phone was brought sim free from Apple directly, we didn't foresee that this would be an issue. However, when he goes to activate the phone, this message appears;
The SIM card inserted in the iPhone does not appear to be supported.
The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.
Does anyone know what I need to do? I have got onto Vodafone, and they have been useless!! Apple say the phone is out of the 12 month warranty and therefore want to charge £25 before they will even speak to me about it. I requested an NUC from Vodafone, however, they are saying they need a proof of purchase from Apple as I did not buy the phone from them. I do not have my receipt anymore as the purchase was over 12 months ago now.

PhillNow you have discovered that a sim free phone and an unlocked phone are NOT the same thing. Had you purchased an unlocked phone from Apple, then you would not have had problems and as it is, a sim free phone is not the same and sim free will lock to the first sim card that you insert into the phone, so effectively, you phone has been locked to Vodafone and this is why you now have problems.
If your phone is locked to Vodafone, then they are the only ones who can unlock the phone for you - Apple does not and cannot unlock phone - this is the province of the carriers only.
You had the contract with Vodafone when you used the phone and so you need to keep on at them to unlock the phone for you. If they still require proof of purchase and you cannot give them this and they will not unlock the phone for you, then this phone is useless to the friend that you sold it to - he will never be able to use it and basically, you are looking at giving him a refund for the phone for the amount that he paid you for it.
You need to keep on at Vodafone to unlock the phone for you or give your friend a refund for the phone as it will be useless to him and he will never be able to use the phone.
Hope that you now understand that a SIM Free phone and an Unlocked phone are NOT the same and I hope that when you purchased your iPhone 6, that you bought an unlocked phone? -
I can't sync or back up my iPhone. And other is coming out for the entire usage. What should I do?
For some reason "other" is showing up as taking all of the memory on my iPhone, and iTunes isn't letting me sync or back-up my phone as a result.

My iPhone 4s shuts down at least once a day, usually after I used it or when I'm not using it at all. It will not turn back on unless I reset it (by pressing home/power buttons) and when it turns back on, it runs like nothing happened. I have tried everything I can think of, update iPhone software, iTunes software, troubleshoot on Apple's Support page and reading other user's issues but I haven't seen anything similar. I erased and restore factory settings several times, made different backup attempts and even restored from recovery mode with iTunes. Everything goes great, no error message or anything unusual, until phone is off again, very frustrating. It doesn't seem to have a pattern to it, it happened when no apps were running as well as when a few apps were. The only thing I can think of is I haven't seen this happening when charger cable is plugged it. I don't really care about apps and content on the phone, but my contacts and voicemails are the only reason why I absolutely have to restore from backup, even after setting up a new phone, from iTunes. Other than that phone is brand new, battery is also great, nothing wrong with it (apparently).

I have always used Firefox and for web browsing and accessing my email account. During the last 2 days I upgraded my email home page and had to sign on again.
Since then, I can access the web using Firefox but cannot sign into my email, the sign in button seems to be locked
I can access my email account through Explorer, and from an alternative PC.From your description that sounds like absolutely nothing happens, nothing moves I'd guess Adblock Plus extension might be blocking something, try disabling ADP at its toolbar icon, if you have the extension.
If you are not saving cookies for google.com you could have problems with cookies which would be the next thing to check out.
If you bring up http://www.google.com do things work, and do you really need to sign in to use Google at all -- just want to make sure it is really the sign-in. -

Check Settings>FaceTime>ON and check Settings>General>Restrictions>FaceTime>ON. There is no icon, on the 4 & 4S FaceTime is accessed through contacts. I've made several web galleries via the new iPhoto and put them on my .mac site. When I go to view the gallery from my iPhone I never get past the login window. I type the password really carefully and it just gives me a new blank login window again.
