I can't see my cloud saved, iMatch files

I've subscribed to iMatch and have my music collection available through my iOs devices. However, on my MacBook I can't view my catalogue. Only my purchased albums - not my uploaded. I have successfully authorized the device through iTunes. I'm sure there is a simple switch somewhere that I haven't had any luck finding.

I did not have my music on the computer. My purchased music appeared but all the discs that I had copied into my iMatch account were not there.
I continued to grind away at the issue and was able to get things together by creating a new library in iTunes. Seems to be working alright. Frustrating that this piece took as much digging as it did to resolve. Being able to authorize successfully without the files becoming available seemed counter intuitive.

I have a similar problem when accessing .zip files that are attachments to my emails. Here, however, I can place the file in a designated folder, however, the .zip file and it's compressed content files are file-typed as "FireFox Document" and I get permissions errors when running an unzip tool.
Why are my download files being quarantined ??? Is there a security setting option I need to change???
To get around this, I'm using IE to download and install these files, but switching back & forth between FireFox & IE is a real pain.

Can't see the cloud icons except immediately after connecting to net

I recently upgraded my PHone 5 to IOS7, and I have iTUnes MAtch and most of my collection in the cloud. I see cloud icons (with the red arrow) next to songs and albums that are only on the cloud if my phone has been disconnected from the internet and reconnects. But the icons disappear after clicking around iTunes into new windows, and the only reliable way to see them again it to disconnect from the net 9i.e. go into airplane mode) then reconnect. Shouldn't I be seeing them all the time for material that is on the cloud, so that I can have the option to download songs or albums to my phone?

I updated 3 computers a week ago and everything appeared to be OK. Then, last night I noticed that some JPEG preview images were not being displayed in the Finder. On top of that, each file exhibiting that problem could not be displayed in Preview but in Photoshop looked fine.
Since all the these images were on a secondary, internal drive I decided to run the Disk Utility and use the Repair Disk option. I immediately got a dialog box stating that the drive could not be unmounted because some of the images were in use. No, they were not. The only way out of this mess was to reboot. Then, the secondary drive would unmount and I could run Disk Utility.
A few of these image were also on my wife's computer so I checked to see if they could be opened by Preview and that the Finder icon was correct. No problems. After seeing that, I transferred the files to my computer and...the Finder icons reverted to a generic form and I could not open them in Preview.
Since then I have erased the boot drive twice, loaded 10.6 and then updated combo u;dated in both cases) to either 10.6.8 or 10.6.7. When I updated to 10.6.8 the problem returned. However, when I updated to 10.6.7 everything was as expected.
Update 10.6.8 has some serious problems which raises the question: Why has nothing been done by Apple to correct the problem? This is NOT right.

Spool file problem,Can't see the query in output file.

I am facing a very old school kind of problem .....about spool file ....
The scenario -
I have made a script by name DB_Status_checkup.sql which i want to fire on the database to check the database status. In this script their are many queries regarding the data dictionary views to know about the database. It consist of nearly 25-30 different select queries..
The problem is i want to make a spool file of the output of that query....i want to see the SQL query & the output below in the spool file, so it will be easy for me to judge the result. But i can't see the SQL query , i can only see the output , & in so many queries it all gets jumbled up....even i can't understand where the next output starts ...
Sample of my SQL Script ....
clear buffer
spool D:\DB_status.txt
/*To check the database startup time*/
Select to_char(startup_time, 'HH24:MI DD-MON-YY') "Startup time"
from v$instance
.........next query n so on....
spool off;
In the output pf the spool file at D:\db_status.txt..

What should i do to get the SQL query as well as the output of that query just below it in the spool file ???

I can't see the attachments of the file when I open it in adobe reader touch,windows 8

I have a file with attachments (images and videos) which I can see and open when i open the file in windows xp by clicking on paper clip icon on left but I can't see these files when i open the same file on a windows 8 computer in adobe reader touch. I also cant see any toolbar. thanks for the help.

Dreamweaver can't see my css or template files

I'm sure this is a simple problem with a simple answer, but it's baffling me...
I'm currently setting up a new site with a new local root folder. I'd like to make some pages for this new site based on my existing css file and templates. I put these files into my new site's local root folder, then clicked through the usual 'Page from template' procedure and created a new page from one of my templates in the normal way.
Trouble is, as soon as I try to save the page I've created, I get an error message: "This document uses the following files not in this site -" Dreamweaver then lists my css file and various image files. But all the files show up as present and correct in my new local root folder!
The error message box gives me the option to copy the files to the local root folder of my new site - although, as I've said, as far as I can see from a glance at the Files panel, they're all there already. In any case, if I click the "Copy" button, I get another error message: "Making this change would require changing code that is locked by a template or a translator. The change will be discarded."

Looking at the code, I see that the css file is linked like this:

I suspect that might be where the problem is. I would expect that line of code to look more like this:
<link href="newpagestyle.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
But I have no idea why that's happening, or where to go from here. I suppose I could re-write that line of code by hand, but that doesn't amount to fixing the problem. I'd like the whole thing to work normally from the first click!
Have I got my css file and/or template files in the wrong place? What do I have to do so Dreamweaver can find the files?
All advice welcome - thanks for any wise words you might have. Sorry if this all seems very simple, but I really don't know enough about this stuff to make progress from this point.

Oh, yes, I think it's all ludicrously over-complicated! The thing is, I've been using my templates without any trouble for ages. The problem only came up when I created a new local root folder, copied my template and css files into it, created pages using those templates and - suddenly I've got no formatting.
Everything in the old local root folder is still working fine. I can make new pages from the template files in that folder and it's all good. It does look like the copy/paste process broke the essential links, but how could that happen?
I suppose I could create new templates from scratch in the new local root folder, but that seems unnecessary when I've already got template files that work perfectly - in the *other* local root folder!
Anyway, here comes the code...

Can't see images under Photoshop CS6 file icons.

I have installed PS CS6 and updated it to 7.2. I can see my images under Bridge file icons, but under PS file icons, the images are generic. What do I need to do in Photoshop? What does Bridge have that PS does not?

What he neglects to say is whether he updated Photoshop itself to version 13.0.1.

Hi i have created a database in mysql workbench. Now i want the .mdf or .ldf files for my project deployment. where can i see this files in my folders. I have searched in this folders.
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6\data.
Couldn't find the data's here. Please Help. Actually i don't know i am on the right path. Or please tell me how can i create it?

Using old version CS3. Can't "see" both Local and Remote files. Only Local.

Used to see both Local and Remote files. Worked in Local and then "Put" to the Remote when ready. Only see Local now. Work in Local is saved automatically to the server. Need to go back to the work in Local and Put to Remote. What happened? How do we fix it? Thanks!

Could you post a screen shot of what you're seeing when you go to...
Site > Manage Sites > Click the site you're working on > Edit
There should be two tabs in the upper left corner of the dialogue box that comes up, Basic and Advanced. Basic walks you through set-up with a bunch of questions and Advanced allows you to just enter the info into the correct fields. If the Advanced tab is open, it should be under the Remote heading where you set your FTP info.

Can't see typing cloud

I've been using iChat for a couple of weeks, and now, suddenly, the little thought-bubble/cloud with the ellipse inside that shows when I or my buddy is typing has disappeared. I don't remember changing any settings. Can someone tell me how to turn my typing indicator cloud back on? It's frustrating not knowing whether my buddy is typing or not.

So the Thought Bubble does not appear for you as well as your Buddies when either of you are typing ?
This does seem to be more at your end than Ryan has first thought.
When you are Text Chatting can you select Smileys form teh button on the bottom of the Text chat window ?
I am trying to see if you have access to any of the Pics inside of iChat
Aso try changing the Red and Green dots nets to your Buddies by changing it the iChat Prefernces. It is the second item in the General section. The default is the Button looking ones and the other option is Shapes.
Try this:-
Start a Text chat.
GO to the View Menu with the Text window as the Front one
Select "Show as Text"
Does this show three dots when one of you is typing ?
Change it back to Show Ballons.
Has this reinstated the Thought Bubbles ?

If none of this has proved fruitful I would consider deleting com.apple.ichat.plist and restarting iChat.
This file is found in Users/(your account)/Library/Preferences
Deleting it also loses any Saved Status Messages, you Font Choice, Bubble Colour, Font Colour amoungst other less visble items. (Alerts and Sounds if set).

Can't see i cloud in system preferance

For some reason - I have I Cloud on my Iphone and it sync. up with my Mac OS X 10.6.8 but in the system preferances, I cant see icould but ME.
Does any one have any experience? I baught this mac in 2010

Agree - I dont use Mobile Me. After the change to iCloud, I noticed that it was on in my Preferances and then it just went. So I guess, I will have to buy this and update my system - Do you know how I can update my system to haev this I Cloud? Thank you for your support

Can i see iPhoto 9 saved photos on iphoto 11 ?

I have a lot of photos on my desktop and my macbook. Because I know that I need to upgrade to Lion (from Snow Leopard) because i iCloud, and all, I backed up all my photos to an external hard drive (actually decided to back up to two separate hard drives (one for the macbook photos and one of the desktop (I take a lot of photos, they mean a lot to me and I don't want to lose them...) Anyway, back to the question.....
I now have the photos backed up - I have saved both iphoto libraries which are iphoto 9. When I upgrade to iphoto 11 will I still be able to see these photos ? Or should I keep iphoto 9 on one of my devices ?

Yes, when you upgrade to iPhoto 11 the libraries will be upgraded to the iPhoto 11 format.
Thereafter, you won't be able to use those Libraries with iPhoto 09, so there's no point in keeping that.

i want to see my photos that have been saved to my icloud account. How do i do that?

Photo stream photos can only be seen on an iOS device or computer that is signed into your account with photo stream enabled. You can only view them on the web if they are added to a shared stream using the public website option (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e99). This will give you a private url that you can use to view them on the web from a computer browser.

You can't view the backup files either thru itunes or icloud, you would need to restore your device to that backup and you'll see.
