I can't see production order in COCM.

Hello Guru:
I created a change Number and changed BOM use this change number .But I just saw the chang number in COCM. I didn't see the production order in COCM. Would you like to give me some suggestion. thank you very much .

There could be many reasons for this. You should review all your configuration settings and master data. You can refer to this document which documents the steps:

In particular, I would check the release key configuration (Release to OCM check) and the assignment of overall change profile to the material master.
Also, check if you have used the correct release key in the Engineering Change Master that you are using to effect the BOM change.

CO08 can not create Production Order!!!

Dear Experts
We are running an MTO(make to order) scenario!
First we create an contract in the system!Then we create sales order
with reference to this contract!
And when the sales order is sent to the planning department! They use
TCODE:CO08 create production order with reference to the sales order!
But we get an error message as follows:
Account assignment cannot be carried out because of different origin no.
Message no. V1134
Diagnosis
The sales document to which you want to refer is based on sales document 41033737 and item 000010.
Therefore, the settlement and possibly inventory management are carried out using the number of the
preceding document.
ut when I entered the the contract in Co08 and then I am able to create
the production order.
And when I back to see the detail in the sales order ,I find there is no
value in the account assignment to the profitability segment!!
Why the sales order have no profitability segment??*
Why we can not create production order with reference to sales order??
It seems there are one problem!

The current situation that you have described is pretty standard functionality for most MTO requirements classes. Account assignment is normally to the reference doc, not the 'Release' Sales doc. This includes quotations as well as contracts.
If your business requirement is to instead use the Sales Doc number, and not the Contract number, you can change this by setting OVZG "Account Assignment Consumption" to 'blank'.

How can mass creating production orders???

In SAP ,we can use CO01,CO09,CO07 to create production order. But by these TOCDES,we only can create one production order for one finished product once a time.
But we now need to create more then one ,may be more then 50 production orders once a time?
It is possible in SAP?
I know we could conver the production orders from plan orders after MRP run.But sometimes
for some reasons we must create produciton orders manually.And I also know in SAP some TCODE can process many production orders once a time ,like COHV,CORM, can release ,TECO many production orders once a time.
But how can mass creating production orders once a time，not by mrp run?
How can batch create produciton orders in SAP?

Hi,
Use the BAPI - BAPI_PRODORD_CREATE or for internal orders BAPI_INTERNALORDER_CREATE
Take the help of your abaper, he / she can use the above BAPI to write a custom program to mass create production order.

Requirement: AFTER IMPLEMENTING OSS NOTES 390635 HOW TO SEE PRODUCTION ORDER CHANGE HISTORY?
I have seen many threads about implementing OSS NOTES 390635, but hardly any one narrated the process in detail as to how to see 'Change History'..
I just would like to know 'how' and 'from where' to find Order Change History in detail (i.e Prod .order Comp. change history, Prod. Ord. Operation Change History, Prod. order header change history etc..)
In general this isssue might sound old one..but 'POST IMPLEMENTING OSS NOTE 390635' is rare one.
Folks need your expert comments and valuable suggestions....

Go to CO02- Change production orderin menu choose-Functions--Restrict Processing-Technically Complete
Teco will close the Production order from Logistic point of view , reservation get deleted, capacity requirement also get deleted.
Auto GR can possible through control key with mark as auto GR in work center.

first you have to create upselling,downselling and cross selling master data for products.
Once done they will be seen in Webclient.

This FM has been very helpful to me: BAPI_PRODORD_GET_DETAIL.
You use this one to make the detailed data of an order available. Using the parameter ORDER_OBJECTS you can define which order objects are selected and returned.

Can't see any orders in Mobile Device

Hi all,
As described in topic "How to deploy MAM 2.5 into MI Server", I have just installed MI and deployed MAM 2.5 into an WebAS 6.40 SP13.
I have also, with the help of the functional guys from my team, followed through the Server Side Configuration part of the MAM Config Guide and created the scenario. I have assigned my MAM user (same userID of the backend) to the scenario and I'm now trying to see the orders of that scenario in the mobile device.
The problem is that I can synchronize the device but I can't see anything in the MAM besides de User View Manager.
I executed MEREP_MON and for my mobile ID I can see 1 I-Waiting for each SyncBO, 5 I-Error for SyncBOs MAM25_001 and MAM25_010 (but by the times of the logs, it seems that they are quite old already) and 5 I-Finished for all the other SyncBOs. Also, there are 5 0-Sent for each SyncBO but for MAM25_017, that has 19 0-Sent. All the other fields are 0.
What does the I-Waiting and I-Finished and so on mean? How can I make my user to see his orders?

I understand that the result you see in the Worklist monitor doesn't help.Did you try the recommendation in the FAQ.

If it doesnot help, try the following
(1)In the SPRO under MAM Customizing settings, go in to
"Assign Orders and Stocks to a Technician" and then double click the "Assignment Profile(Assigned to your MAM User ID in User dependant data)" and change the Order Assignment & Notification Assignment to "User-->Employee Number", if it is assigned to a Work Center OR a Planner Group.You can reset this back to the original settings later if required.
(2)Replicate the MAM25_090 & MAM25_095 via transaction MEREP_EX_REPLIC in the middleware.
(3) Synchronize the data from your MI Client
(4) If no data exists Monitor your Worklist as you did earlier.

Can i create production order using process material ?

Dear All.
Please help me.
I want to create production order using process material (material type is PROC).
For may knowledge, process order is standard for the process material, but my customer want to use the PP module for the process material.
But I cant convert the planned order of precess material to production order in MD05.
The system message is "System does not support planned orders for process materials."
The followings are my test steps.
1. Master Creation
      - Material Master, BOM, ROUTING
In standard, process material (Material Type : PROC) need creation of master recipe. But due to my clients need (Using production order
           for the process material), I create the work center and ROUTING
2. DM Creation
      - In MD61, I create the planned independent requirement (Type : LSF)
3. Planned order creation for the process material using MRP
      - In MD01, I run the total MRP, the the planned order is created.
        It's order type is "LA"
4. Converting the planned order to Production Order
      - In this step, the system give the error "System does not support planned orders for process materials."
         and can not do anything.
I want to know that the above case is possible, and how.
Please Help meu2026..

First of if yur want to create production order or process order why do you go for material type :PROC.
you can create the same material as FERT & go ahead.
I do not understand the logic to select the material type as PROC.
Pl. go through SAP library where PROC is used.

i've one peculiar prob...in which assume X is the ISA contact person for two sold to parties Y and Z.where as the role is the same for X he cd able to check the orders he created for Y and cd not able to see the same for Z.please let me know how peculiar is the prob and what cd be the reason for this.

How is the contact person X entering the webshop? I mean before entering the webshop the list of customers Y & Z for X will be displayed for selection. If contact person selects Y then he only be able to see Y orders and not of Z. This is a very much standard process in ISA. If you want to show both Y & Z orders then you need to modify the ISA functionality. Or in CRM5.0 ISA you can achieve somewhat similar functionality by using customer hierarchy functionality.

I can't see planned order in Long Term Planning Stock/requirements list.

I am trying to use Long Term Planning in SAP.
I created scenario dates from 01.03.2011 to 03.09.2011. Between those dates i entered planned independent requirements as 300.
When i went to Long Term Planning Stock/requirements list, i can see all planned independent requirements but i run Multilevel single-item planning and then when i went to Long Term Planning Stock/requirements list again, i couldnt see planned order for planned independent requirements.
So what is the problem? Can anyone help me please?

check the planning scenario in MS31 and the PIR assignment in MS31 also check the plant assignement.
Check In MD61 you have enter PIRs in simulation version and the same version is to assigned in planning scenario
Also check T code OPU5 for LTP setting for planned orders

Can not create Production order because of "CX_SLD_API_EXCEPTION"

hello all,
I want to convert a planned order to production order ,this planned order is listed by MD04.
So I select this planned order and click "->Prod.ord" .
And then I release this order and save this order.
But SAP prompt me a ABAP runtime error. The detailed information is described as following:
What happened?
    The exception 'CX_SLD_API_EXCEPTION' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere
     along
    the call hierarchy.
    Since exceptions represent error situations and this error was not
    adequately responded to, the running ABAP program
     'CL_SLD_ACCESSOR===============CP' has to be
    terminated.
Error analysis
    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SLD_API_EXCEPTION', was not
     caught in
    procedure "GET_ACCESS_DATA" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
     clause.
    Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
    exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
    The reason for the exception is:
    Internal error in method
Missing RAISING Clause in Interface
    Program                                 CL_SLD_ACCESSOR===============CP
    Include                                 CL_SLD_ACCESSOR===============CM00Y

Why user can not open Production Order form with readonly privilege?

hi guys,
today I got a problem when I assign the minimize privilege for a new user.
the user only want to query status about Production Order, so I assigned the privilege with readonly on Production Order, and disabled all others.
But when user logged on, and click on the 'Menu -> Production -> Production Order', there pops up an error message said 'To generate the document, first define the numbering series in the Administration module'.
Do I have to find some other privileges to assign for the user account?

I can't see my PS CC order?

I ordered PS CC with a special deal for 12 month on dec 27. I can't see my order in orderhistory and I have not recieved any email. I used my bankcard and it said that it could take a while for the payment to be registered. What has happened? The special deal i out since dec 31, but I still want the product with that 12 month special deal.

Did you map the drive? It won't show up in Explorer automatically like a jump drive or an external drive plugged directly into the PC will.
You didn't mention the OS you're running, but what you want to do is choose "Map a network drive" and you'll see the router listed as a network device. Click on it and you should see the external drive listed. You can map it from there.

How we can Reverse the closed Production Order (REVERSAL)

How we can Reverse the Closed Production Order Which one is confirmed before 5 or 6 month ..Actually i want to reverse the production order with old pricing.Not with present pricing.

You can reverse a production order using fucntions --> Restricit Processing --> Revoke Closing.
But if you want to reverse the materials consumed with the older pricing it is not posible as per my knowledge, as the periods would be closed and you can only reverse in the present period and also that all the settlements would have affected on the order and material.

I can't see production order in COCM.
