I can't see webpages in CoreFTP

Question

I recently had to build a new website for a client on BC.  I set up the trial site, imported their existing pages and made the required changes to it.  All work was done as the administrator set up for the site.
The problem I'm having is that I haven't been able to do a backup of the site.  I have saved off the HTML code for each page, so if something happens, I can recreate the pages using copy and paste.  But I would like to have done a proper backup.
When I log onto the client site to make changes, the address is https://all-countyinsurancetest.worldsecuresystems.com.  When I try to connect to that site in CoreFTP, it connects alright, but the file structure it shows me is the sames as our own site.  The client files are nowhere to be seen.  Why is this?  And what do I have to do to back up the site?

Your FTP connection is actually this: http://all-countyinsurancetest.mcrinc.com/
So your FTP details will be along the lines of:
URL - all-countyinsurancetest.mcrinc.com
username all-countyinsurancetest.mcrinc.com/[email protected]
Password is your password.
Try that and see if you see all the files.
