I can't seem to actually purchase the Creative Cloud
I just get looped back to the creative cloud site. I'm trying to get the $49.99 plan. Whenever I try to launch any apps it just tells me to enter a license #.

Please click on this link https://creative.adobe.com/plans and you may choose any plan to start using Adobe Creative Cloud Membership (CCM). Once, you purchase CCM with an active plan, launch any Adobe software installed on your computer, click on "License this software" and sign with your Adobe ID (your email) & password.

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Individual for $9.99 a month. The photoshop tools do not compare to CS4, I can't click on the arrow to get to the other tools withing the set and I get this error code: I get this error code: One or more files in the adobe application support folder, necessary for running photoshop are missing. Please run the Photoshop installer and reinstall photoshop. and can't figure out how to get to the installer again!

I can't seem to log into Adobe Creative Cloud even though I'm connected to the internet?
My computer is connected to the internet, but I can't seem to log into Adobe Creative Cloud to use InDesign....I've tried all the obvious tricks, restarting my comp/switching the internet off and on etc..... Any other bright ideas?
I think Adobe has problems with its server since the last 2 days. Everyone is experiencing these problems world wide. Not all the time but several hours a day.

How would I setup the catalogues so I can edit the same picture(s) from the two machines? For example, I have a PC in my office upstairs, but sometimes I want to work on my Mac in basement? would I store the photos and catalogues on an external drive and point to that from both machines? Neither machine is portable.

I don't think so. You need to get Creative Cloud in Mexico.

I've purchased the Creative Cloud and the payment was pending. I log out and log in with a diferent PC, but now my account doesn't have any payment pending and it's all trial. What happend? Thks
I am not doing it in ITunes, but i did down load the song from ITunes. I loaded the song on to my Nano, but in my menu selections it doesn't show the song or the artist in any search format. However, when i plug in my nano to my PC I see the Nano library on my PC drive listings and that song and artist are there. I can click on the song and it will play in Windows media on my work PC. I did notice that the format for most all the songs in my library on my Nano are MPEG - 4 audio Files.

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan for 9.99 and I can't open up Photoshop. I had access to it the night I bought it online and now I cannot use it. Will someone help figure this out. Perhaps I'm an idiot and just missing an obvious step so I apologize for that but, I still NEED HELP!!!
I have a laptop with a Windows operating system (not lucky enough to have a Mac) and as far the Adobe version, it's the plan for 9.99 that Adobe is offering. I was under the impression that the Creative Cloud Photography Plan included Photoshop and Lightroom, the latest versions of both, because that's what it said when I purchased it. I'm sorry my information is too limited or not detailed but, it's a pretty basic concern. I bought something, it's not working and I want to know why. Thank you and apologies for sounding rude. I recently purchased the creative cloud student license for one year. After installing the desktop CC app, and downloading the CC 2014 softwares, they open up and require licensing / can be run only as trials. Why is this happening and how can I get the full softwares?

When should I purchase the Creative Cloud?
My Mac crashed not too long ago and I am currently borrowing a PC to get me through until I can purchase a new Mac. I have all of my .exe files to transfer from my old Mac to my new one, just in case, however, if I purchased the Creative Cloud now, and downloaded a couple of applications for use now, would I be able to transfer those applications to the Mac when I get it?

Yes, of course.
Cloud software can be used on Mac and/or PC. You just need to sign in with your Adobe ID then download and install the software on each computer individually.
You can install, activate/deactivate the software on any computer at any time. The only condition is that you cannot activate the software for use on more than two computers simultaneously. -
I purchased the creative cloud, but needed it sooner than available...
i purchased the creative cloud, but needed it sooner than available, so I downloaded the free trial version so I could get some homework assignments done for my college courses. The reason I couldn't use the creative cloud right away was to verify that I was going to an actual college this semester. I then received an email stating that my creative cloud membership was approved. I already installed like three programs to my computer. Do I need to uninstall or delete those programs because they are under the trial version?
It is not require to reinstall the products, launch any products and click on help > sign out. Then sign in back.

After I purchased the creative cloud, I receive an error message when trying to use premier pro cc 2014. It states "Adobe Premiere Pro 2014.2 has stopped working. A problem has caused it to stop working. Windows will close the program and notify you of a solution." When I used the trial I never received this message. Now after purchasing it I receive this error each time I open PP and am unable to use. it. Any ideas or support to fix this issue?
What does the detailed crash report say?
And have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website? (most crashes on launch are due to bugs in out of date video card drivers) -
I recently purchased the creative cloud and installed photoshop but now when I go to open the application it tells me theres a configuration error. It suggests restarting or contacting customer support but I thought I'd try this first. the error code is error: 213:19. Does anyone seeing this please have any advice on what to do?
