I can,t seem to download Adoby Flash. Have tried many,many times
I have used Firefox for a very long time. I must have clicked on something a week or so ago. When ever I get mail with a that I need see something (you tube) I get the following "This Plugin is Disabled" I have gone to tools -Add Ons and all plugins show they are enabled. I have uninstalled Adoby Flash and reinstalled it correctly (i think) I am not very good on a computer and don't understand all of the language. I just don't understand how I didn't have this problem for a long time now I do. I even uninstalled Firefox and installed Internet Explorer and I could open "you Tube" I am now back on Firefox.
I could use a very simple way to get back to where I use to be.

How can I get updates for Photoshop CS5 to download to my new Mac book pro where CS5 is already installed from my original disk? I have tried many times over 2 days. I get the same error messages re downloading error. I successfully downloaded the current version of Adobe DNG Converter & it installed perfectly. Help please!
The Adobe auto updater is highly unreliable.
You need to look for and download the update yourself and then manually apply it as per the detailed instructions on the download page:

Refer to the system requirements for a full list of supported platforms. The only one I have succeeded to download are DW and MU.

I disabled my iPhone 4 and while doing a restore via iTunes, it is downloading and timing out so the download is not completing. any idea how to get past that? I have tried many times and the same error keeps happening.

When I follow the directions about deleting bookmarks by clicking on the bookmark, then clicking on the blue star and then clicking on delete bookmark, it will work with some but not all my bookmarks. I have noticed that the ones that won't work appear to be marked in unsorted bookmarks rather than bookmarks menu.
I have tried many different ways to delete these bookmarks but nothing works. Some of these bookmarked pages need to be signed in and I no longer have a way to sign in or want to sign in.
I just want to delete the bookmark. Please help.This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

When I recently updated to the newer version of FireFox, (version 3.6.13) the DownloadHelper add-on was lost, and it will now not re-install, though I have tried about 5 times?? When I clicked the icon to download the add-on the download progress bar indicated that the download was underway however, when it had completed, the add-on appeared not to have downloaded - including no icon - not even if I search for one. When I tried to download the same add-on again, the download window indicated the download in a faded color and it seemed to be indicating that I already had the add-on. Try as I might, I can't get it to work. DownloadHelper always worked with no trouble on the previous version of FireFox. Are you able to help? Many thanks for this service!
Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox [[Profiles|profile folder]] to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required.

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the "Find Updates" button (Firefox 4: click the Tools button at the left side of the Search Bar) to do a compatibility check.

If you are using OTA (over-the-air) update on the device itself (Settings>General>Software Update and only available under iOS 5.x or above), try updating it through iTunes instead by connecting the device to your syncing PC.

You don't.
There is no flash player for ipod. Adobe does not make one.
You cannot download anyhitng from the internet onto the iphone. The ONLY apps come from the app store in itunes. -

I made an in-app purchase and it won't download. It keeps saying I've already purchased this in-app purchase but it hasn't been downloaded. It then say's Oops! Your transaction didn't go through, Please try again! and I have several times. The purchase has already been charged to my credit card on file.
Open the App Store and navigate to purchased, it should show the missing app under Not On This ipad. There should be a small cloud icon you can click on to download it.

Try closing the Camera app:
1. Double-click the Home button to reveal the Task Bar
2. Hold down the Camera app for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app
4. Tap area above Task Bar to return to Home screen
If the above doesn't solve the problem, do a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider
