I can't seem to get support for my iphone, i need to contact apple because it isn't working at all , and it says it cannot process my request and to try again later, what can I do?

My Iphone 4 isn't working, It got wet and now I have it in a bag of rice. I heard that I should not try to turn it on or mess with the power button, so I haven't. It makes sounds when I get a text message but the screen is blank., I have tried to contact apple support online and it tries to send my iphone a message, but because it doesnt work, I can't receive it, so if I decline the "health check" then it says that it's "unable to complete my request at this time. Please try again in a few minutes or start over now." I have tried this several times and it's still not letting get any help. I don't know what to do. Someone please help. How did you get help with your phone when it got messed up or damaged?

A wet phone is out of warranty. This is considered user damage. Even if you were able to get it to start now, the chances of it working for long are slim. I suggest going to Apple and see about an OOW replacement. One for the iPhone 4 is only $149USD and it would come with a short warranty. It is a refurbished device and you would not be worried about encountering additional problems.

The problem was solved by Apple Technical Help. The process is as flollows:
1. Open Safari
2. Menu item Safari-Reset Safari - remove all website data - reset
3. Now if you try to login on iTunes connect it will work.

The message "A problem has occurred trying to process your request. Please try again later. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused." is displyed when I try to log on to my internet banking. Please can you tell me why?

Since upgrading to the latest version of Firefox, I'm now getting the message "A problem has occurred trying to process your request. Please try again later. It sounds a lot like your phone was jailbroken or hacked to unlock it before you updated.

Following solution might be helpful in resolving the issue.
To resolve the error message
Log on to the Central Management Console as administrator.
Click Servers > Desktop Intelligence Report Server.
Increase the following time-out parameters to at least twice the current value:
Minutes before Idle connection is closed
Minutes before an idle report job is closed
Click Update > Apply.
The report opens successfully.

I keep receiving this error message every time I try to purchase an app in BBWorld. I also receive it when I try to change my PayPal login password, and when trying ot re-add my PayPal account after removing it.
I've added a credit card, but that hasn't helped.
I am a Canadian working in South Africa. My credit card and PayPal account are both Canada-based. I suspect this is the problem, that there is some good-intentioned, if annoying, security feature preventing me from making changes with a ZA IP address.\

I have created a report in deskI and trying to execute it through WebI on a large database, but it gives the below mentioned error after almost 30 min.
Error:- No server was available to process the request. Please try again later. (Error:RFC 00101)(Error:INF)...
When I run the same report on small database it works fine.
When trying to execute the same report through SDK also it gives the same error.
The SQL only execution timing when the report fails is about 23 min.
What is the reason for this error. can we fix it by changing some configurations on BOXI server.
