I can't sign in to my Phone

Hello,
I did a full erase on my webOS 1.4, and I can't sign back in.
I get:
"You need to be connected to your wireless service provider's network to sign in. When you are in a location with service, please try again."
I am not sure what that means. I seen to have alirght signal. Could I be using a wrong password?
Please let me know what I should do.

I don't know, and neither does anyone else.    Perhaps you'd care to share any type of reject message that was displayed or some type of symptom.
