I can't sign in to psn

Since the software update 2.55 needs to be downloaded I can't sign in and I can't download it because my connection is not working becuase I am not signed into psn can someone help

    Had the same problem but finally managed to sign in.
    I went to https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com and logged in.
    I was then asked to accept the terms and conditions which I did. I then went to my account and verified my email. Turned off the PS4, turned it back on and managed to successfully sign in.
    Not sure if the steps above helped or if it was a fluke - might be worth you guys giving this a go.

Really strange since literally nothing has changed with my entire setup! I am a little surprised that Sony hasn't been stepping up to provide a little more news regarding this issue, because so far it really seems to have something to do from their side.

  • Refusing to sign in to PSN

    I'm about to lose the plot. My PS4 keeps either signing itself out of PSN, or completely refusing to connect to it all. I'm trying to watch netflix but because of the stupid PSN issue, it keeps stopping. Why the hell do you need to be signed in to PSN anyway. It seems a ridiculous extra step, particularly when it's so useless!!! So annoyed. My internet connection is 100% but what's the point of that is Playstation can't get their act together. I've followed all the suggestions, but to no avail. And the biggest joke is that it tells me to check the website for any updates on the PSN. All it tells me is that maintenance is scheduled for June 30th. Seriously.

    I also have the same problem. I've tried all fixes listed in other forums and nothing works. Running windows Vista 32 bit. Any working solutions yet? Tried every solution listed for the cmd prompt. Turned off antivirus and spyware. Rebooting about 100 times. Nothing works.

  • What if you can't sign in to your order from Apple Store?

    I can't sign in to Apple Store with my Apple ID; I can sign in everywhere else except there.
    I have a $1,151.00 order pending, and it's shown there when I enter order number, but then to make changes or correct the address (and many other things) it asks you to enter with your Apple ID. I try this but my order is not shown there.
    And of course there's absolutely no email address where you can send questions for such a problem; in fact, there's not even a forum for Apple Store where you can POST a question like the one I'm posting here. (I just posted it here, in desperation, because it's iPads that are part of my order; no where else to ask such a question !!!)
    Does anyone know what I could do? I cannot call the phone number because I'm out of the country. I have to do everything via email and forum postings.

  • Can't sign into apple support communities with icloud apple id

    i realise this isn't the right community for this question, but apple don't have a support category called "apple support".
    i have that problem where I have an appleid called "frumbert", which I got about 10 years ago. it is and always has been tied to my gmail email address. i used this for about 5 years worth of itunes purchases, then forgot it for a couple of years.
    when I got an ipad I also got an icloud account, and stupidly signed up using my gmail email address as my icloud username. it's tied to the same gmail email address as my existing "frumbert" account. i've since made all my itunes and app purchases using my icloud appleid, and it's the one associated with my mac warranties and such.
    so two appleid's share the same email address.
    i can't sign into apple support commuities with it because I need a new username. i can't create a new username because the email address is tied to an account already (this one, the old one, "frumbert"). An account utilizing this email address already exists. Only one account per email address is allowed on Apple Support Communities. Apple's way of saying you're c-ockblocked!
    but I can't also change the "frumbert" account because there's another account with the same email address, my icloud one.
    fark! how does one get out of this mess?

    I'm having the exact same problem and so are a lot of other people. Apple's solution - shut up and create a new account just for the support community.
    Smells outsourced to me!

  • Problem with Maverics: Can not sign in to App Store, Mac slow, Aperture not working

    I was using a Mac Book Pro 15" supplied with Snow Leopard. I have created an ID and used it to purchase apps such as Aperture. After buying an iPhone 5S, I wanted to share the contacts and was suggested by the seller to upgarde the Snow Leoprad to Maverics and use the iCloud. After installing the Maverics following happened:
    - I can use iCloud and share the contacts, mission completed
    - the Mac is running slow, really slow (as an old pc)
    - Aperture can not be used, a major problem since all of my photos are stroed on an external disk via Apeture
    - I can not sign in to App Sore to refresh my purchases and see if there is an update for Aperture
    - I tried to sign in by clicking the forgot password and entering my ID (e-mail address) but have received no mail - total mistery
    - I also see that the HP 7610 printer icon is not active and assume that will also be a problem
    What should I do? I need a fast running computer. I need Aperture, all of my private and business photos are accessible only via Aperture. I can sign in with the same ID/password on an iPad. The problem is obviously due to installing the Maverics. I do not have a time machine/capsule.
    Urgently need support, please help.

    Correction: I did correctly enter my Apple ID and its password. And there are no parental controls.
    But I found a fix: I went to the Featured page and it showed me as logged in. I clicked the Account link and in the pop-up for that entered my Apple ID and Password. Now I can once again see my Purchases.
    It would seem to have been some undue delay or glitch at the Apple server end.

    You can log out of the account on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then tap 'sign out' on the popup - you can then sign in with your account/
    If you synced any of your mum's apps to the iPad from your her computer then they will be tied to her account, so only her account will be able to download updates to her apps

    You are getting this message because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC by signing with your Apple ID.  You can only sign into an existing account on a PC.  You first have to create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher.  After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account using this ID on your PC.

    Recently I have not been able to sign into my yahoo email through safari on my iPad. I have a 3rd generation iPad. I have tried clearing history, cookies and data and rebooted my iPad, but none of these worked. After entering yahoo, I go straight to "sign in" it then brings me to the page where I can sign in. After entering my details, I press the "sign in button" but nothing happens. The "sign in"button/icon isn't like what it used to be. By this I mean.. Before when im signing the icon is more of an opaque colour, but recently it will be like something is covering the word "sign in" so the colour is more faint. This is actually probably why I can't sign in. Can anyone help me fix this problem? Much help will be appreciated!

    By the way, the safari setting is: private browsing off and accept cookies from visited. Much help is appreciated!
