I can't sign in with my apple ID in the iMessage

When I open the iMessage for the first time, it asks me to sign in with my apple ID and password but when I nter them, it tells me incorrect ID or password
and this problem is not only with me, it happened also to my sister's iPad

I assume you have tried all of the troubleshooting here?

It would also help to head to Settings -> General -> Date & Time and make sure it is set to Automatic.  You could also try using Google's DNS servers as doing so has resolved the issue for a number of users.  Head to Settings -> Wi-Fi and tap the > next to the network you are connected to.  Scroll down to the DNS fields and enter in8.8.8.8and8.8.4.4.

    - Apps are locked to the account that purchased them. Thus it appears that yor sone purchased the app.
    - To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

    1. It is never a good idea to include personal info like your email address or Apple ID in a post on an open forum.
    2. The email you received DOES NOT say your Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPad. The email informs you that your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad. Fortunately the iPad is yours. The message confirms that. If your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad that was not yours your would then know to change your password. Since the iPad is yours you do not need to change your password.

    There are several different services that require signing into an Apple ID to use on your iOS device. You can sign into different Apple IDs for different services on your iPhone. For example, Apple ID #1 for iCloud and Apple ID #2 for iTunes & App Store. You cannot sign into the same service with two different Apple IDs at the same time.     Yes, my telco is an approved carrier. If my phone was brand new, I think so, they opened it in front of me.. I really couldn't remember it was 1.4 years ago. It did seem new.

    (A) Try a reset:
    1. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) for about 10 seconds
    2. Until you see the Apple logo (very important)
    (B) If reset doesn't work Reset All Settings

    When I open the AppStore app, then go to the Featured tab and try to sign in and choose to use an existing apple id, I just can't type the apple id I need.
    I just can type the password, there's no way to choose the apple id.
    What seems to be the problem?
    If I try to sign in in Settings and go to the Store tab I can choose the apple id, but in the App Store app it is not possible.

    Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > sign out then sign in with the Apple ID you prefer.
