I can't sign into creative cloud desktop connection

I can't sign into creative cloud desktop connection. Every time I try on my computer it comes up with - you have been signed out? Please sign in - It never signs in. I can sign in perfectly online but not on my computer desktop version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app but hasn't worked.

I happend to have the same problem... I can sign in online but my destop version does not do anything! And if I startup one of my applications it asks me to sign in (for a trail version). If I do so I get this message....
There was an error with this action. Try again later.

  • Can't sign into Adobe cloud desktop app and can't download apps to install.

I was able to download the Adobe Cloud app to my desktop, but it won't let me sign in, every time I try it tells me I've been signed out. I have uninstalled and re-installed it over and over again. I believe this leads to the other problem I am having whic is that I can't download  any of the apps when I click on an app to download it nothing happens, at the very bottom left of the browser window I see the following:-
    "waiting for sproxy-prod.adobecc.com"
    What should I do?

I did it, everything seemed to go well, everything happened as it should I saw the "
multiple lines which start with "Successfully copied the file" followed by:
Operation has been successfully completed." but I still am not able to log in through the Creative Cloud desktop app or download any apps to install.
    Any other suggestions?

  • "You've been signed out" error every time I try to sign into Creative Cloud desktop application.

I keeping getting a "You've been signed out" message everytime I try to log into the Creative Cloud desktop application.
I have tried the following to no avail:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app.
Renaming the OOBE folder to OOBE-old.
    Deleting everything in the SLCache.
All of the above were suggested either on these forums or by support. None have worked.
I am on a team membership.
I am currently using Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5.
I am on a Mac running Mavericks (OSX 10.9).
Nothing seems to be working and I have been passed from department to department on the support chat window thing.
Someone, for the love of God, please help.

CM_Martketing and MikeBanks are correct, but I think what is confusing some people is that they are mistaking their Mac HD for the user name. I kind of had to mash up 2 posts to get it right:
1: Open Activity monitor from spotlight and end all Adobe related processes. You may find processes like AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon process.
2: Open Finder and navigate Macintosh HD/Users/[your user name]/Library (the library folder might be grayed out, just right click and select open)
3: Now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/.. folder.
4: Delete opm file under OOBE.
    5: Rename OOBE to OOBEold.
6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the adobe folder.
7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
8: Click on gear icon on Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit Creative Cloud.
9: Then launch it, sign-in and click on Apps tab.
It worked perfectly! Thanks everyone, I've been trying to figure this out for a month!

  • Can't sign into creative cloud, deleting opm won't work.

I have the common issue of creative cloud not signing in. Tried to resolve this issue by deleting the opm, but that proves to not work either. does anti-virus software effect the sign in at all?
    Any help thanks

  • Can't log into Creative Cloud Desktop

Have checked account on line and all seems fine but when I sign in to the desktop cloud app, it turns gray and says I have been signed out. Very frustrating. I downloaded AE withn no issues a few days ago and then went for PS and Ill but they both errored out and I haven't been able to reconnect since. My account on line shows I have access and am a team member and I even reset my password so I know I have the right account and email address accosiated with it.
    Help!!!

Thanks for the reply. I have tried everything on the link you provided and no change. I even uninstalled thru Control Panel and reinstalled version 2.4.1.351 of the CC App.
This is maddening. AE installed and runs beautifully on the exact same machine, user account and permissions.
I'm losing DAYS of production time and getting charged for subscription time I haven't been able to use.
I tried to start a Chat but the system says I'm not eligable for this type of support.
Give me a good old DVD any day over this nightmare!

Click the "down arrow" symbol on the right (where it says All communities) to open the drop down list and scroll

  • Signing into creative cloud with a different account?

I was previously signed into creative cloud under another ID, I do not have access to that account/email anymore. I'm attempting to log in with another ID and it doesn't give me an option to sign in with a different account. I've even uninstalled and re-installed several times. Help.

Lindsay.havens1 where are you choosing to log out?  I would recommend going to your Creative Cloud Desktop application and signing out in the preferences.  They can be located in the top right hand corner under the gear icon.

Wrong Email address to log into Creative Cloud Desktop, How do i switch to my email address?

    Hi Hendy20,
If you are not able to proceed to the sign out step trough the Creative Cloud Desktop Manager, please follow the steps below then :
    Delete the OPM.db file :
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.
If you are not able to find that file, please check the following link, that may be because your library is hidden.

Please, let us know how it goes.

  • How can I tell the Creative Cloud Desktop app that an app no longer exists?

I have installed Muse via the Creative Cloud Desktop app, tried it, didn’t like it AND deinstalled it. (Or so I thought.) However, the Desktop app still shows Muse CC as “up to date”, and lists Muse CC 2014 in “New versions available for installed apps”. How can I get rid of these, when I can’t even find a trace of either one on my Mac (including the deinstaller folder in Utilities)?

Thanks, here are my (mixed) results
Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps tells me to open /Utilities/Adobe Installers, which doesn’t show a Muse deinstaller, as mentioned above.
CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed lists 4 possible ways:
just the same: use the uninstaller in /Utilities/Adobe Installers, which isn’t there, so obviously useless.
delete opm.db in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE. This one was new to me, but didn’t help.
Install the latest version of the desktop app. I already had this, but I re-downloaded and re-installed it anyway. No difference.
Uninstall EVERYTHING as described in solution 1 and use the CS/CC CleanerTool. And NOW finally it gets interesting!
Actually I first thought this was bad joke, but it turned out I didn’t even have to uninstall anything else! I just downloaded the CleanerTool (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6), launched it, selected Muse and got prompted if I wanted to try a regular uninstall first. Ok, if that’s still an option, why not? So the CleanerTool launched an application manager that was finally able to uninstall Muse, while leaving everything else in place. Thumbs up!
So until Adobe integrates a proper uninstaller into their CC desktop app, I recommend the CleanerTool!
