kindly,i wanna help me i have iPhone 4 version 4.2.1, my problem is sometimes i can't speak in sound calls but i can hear him, & sometimes everything it's ok.

I´m having the same problem. Strangely, I went to an apple store and they told me I´m the first one with this issue! Isn´t that terrible? I will need to be 2 weeks without my I-phone for them to make all tests and find out what the problem is! Simply unacceptable!

You don't - you check your warranty status and have apple replace it for you. make sure you restore the phone as new first (after making a backup, of course) to see if the speaker works then. this isolates the issue to either your hardware or your software. if it's still happening after a restore as new through itunes, it means it's hardware that's the problem and apple will fix it for you

Restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137 For this step, do not re-download ANYTHING, and do not sign into your Apple ID.
Test the issue after each step. If the last one does not resolve the issue, it is likely a hardware problem.

Well, I know this seems obvious but, try checking your video privacy preferences and see if everything is ok. You could also ask your mates to do the same with their machines.
Other thing you could do is to install the latest version of Skype that was released last Wednesday. The link is here http://www.skype.com/intl/en/download/skype/macosx/ .
Ask your mates which version they use as well.
I've been using Skype for a quite while and I have absolutely NO issues with Mac/Win videoconferencing.
I hope you manage to fix that.

The FAQ is correct, but as long as the MAS thinks that the app is on your Mac it has no reason to allow an install.
Try this;
Trash the following folders and files; (~ is your Home folder)
     ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore
     ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.storeagent
     ~/Library/Cookies/com.apple.appstore.plist
     ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist
     ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.storeagent.plist
Restart.

It seems Mountain Lion has a lot of bugs. I had to replace the hard drive after the upgrade and many had the same problems that required a disk replacement.

Then that means that the user that you are trying to reach has not setup and registered Messages on their iDevice. They have to set it up first before you can reach them. And you can only message with other iOS users, not with Android devices or other cell phones.
