Wait until it shuts off due to low battery, then charge it back up.

Randomly when I plug my Iphone 4s into Itunes it will tell me that it can't detect my phone and that I need to restore it. It doesn't happen every time, but maybe every two weeks.I restore it and then it works for a while, but then a couple weeks later I'll plug it in and I get the same message again. It's very frustrating because even though I have all the settings to save to cloud, my apps and data don't all come back.

I suppose I should have prefaced my question with the concern that I've read a number of other posts from people who have had a similar issue and when they tried to follow the directions, they ran into a multitude of other problems. How do I transfer my bookmarks from one computer to another? I have Firefox Home on my phone and I can get them there, but I want to have the same bookmarks on my home computer as I do on my work computer. My iPhone and iPad are on my moms icloud account and i just got a macbook air and i want all my devices on my own iCloud account - i went to all of my settings and it won't let me change my iCloud account on my phone and iPad. can i change this?
You will have to do more than simply changing settings in your moms account. To set up everything in your own account, go to Settings > iCloud > scroll down and press sign out. From this, check out this link for how to setup iCloud on all of your devices after making a new icloud account on your phone: https://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/
Before you set that up, you will have to make a new iCould account which you can simply do after you sign out of your mom's account on your devices.

My phone and phone number are on another persons account. If I open my own account with Verizon, can I transfer the phone and number to it? What steps do I need to take to accomplish this?
I've done this before. First, I had the current acct owner call in and say it's okay for me to assume liability on the line. Next, I called in and explained that the owner already called and gave permission for me to assume the line. Notes were on the account. I was transferred to the assumption of liability dept, I accepted the terms and conditions and we were good to go. The old owner will get a final bill up until the point of transfer and you will get a new bill starting at the point of transfer.

You can't.
All photos transferred from your computer are stored in the Photo Library. The photos in the album or albums below are not duplicates - they include a pointer to the original photos stored in the Photo Library. This way you can view the photos in a particular album only by selecting the album, or you can view all photos available in all albums by selecting Photo Library.
Just as with an iTunes playlist. A song cannot be in an iTunes playlist unless the song is in the main iTunes library. Placing a song in a playlist does not duplicate the song. Remove the main iTunes library or the songs from the main iTunes library that are in a playlist and the songs will no longer be in the playlist either. This way you can listen to the songs in the playlist only by selecting the playlist, or all songs in your entire iTunes library by selecting Music under Library in the iTunes source list.
The same with iPhoto on a Mac. A photo cannot be in an in iPhoto Event or Album unless the photo is in the main iPhoto library. Placing a photo in an Event or Album does not duplicate the photo. This way you can view the photos in an iPhoto Event or Album only by selecting the Event or Album, or all photos in all Events or Albums. -
My phone was run over. It still works enough to see some of the screen but not the number pad. I cannot unlock the phone because I activated find my iphone. And what will happen to my old iPhone and the data on it if I activate my replacement iPhone? Will my broken iPhone just become de-activated and will the data be erased or lost or something? Could I still sync it (with the computer ir originally synced with) and back up the data?
