please help, i cant sync my iphone4 with the new ios7 beacuse itunes needs to update but it cant update with my current system software and that is saying there is no updates! don't know what to do.

Your computer need to update it's operating system to Mountain Lion. It will cost $20 from the App store. Then you can update iTunes and then your phone.

This is currently not supported by iOS for any devices. Rumour is that iOS 5 will finally add this function, until then I'm afraid you are stuck with the good old cable.

There is no Info tab in Mavericks

1) authorize iTunes on the new machine for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

If you connect your ipod to your computer then look in the hidden folder labeled "iPod_Control" . (This is on a Mac version, but i think it's the same for Windows) and in "Music" is all your music mixed up in different folders. Just drag the MUSIC folder onto itunes then BAM! It's done ;D

You cannot. There is no iTunes application on an iPad and iPods cannot sync with an iPad.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
This user tip might help you understand how accounts work with Contacts (Address Book). (25)
First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing.
Contact syncing is nothing to do with iCloud back up, the only settings you should be concerned with on the device are at settings > iCloud page.

SYncing is from itunes on the computer to the phone an dnot the other way around. If they connect to your computer and sync their phone they will have your library annd theirs will be gone. It is recommended that you only sync to one computer

I have not worked on the spanish version especifically but I have seen Hyperion menu in excel not shoing up sometime for some users and so couple of thoughts that I have -
1. Check to make sure that the old version was uninstalled completely before the 11.1.1.3 client was installed.
2. Go to Tools-->Addins on the excel and make sure that the "Oracle Hyperion smar view for office, fusion Edition is checked. If not then you will have to browse to the smartview bin directory and add the HSTbar.xls from there.
3. Also, check to see if smartview is disabled for some reason on excel. Go to Help-->Abt mic..excel--->disabled items. Enable it if it is disabled.
