I can't take a video

Please Help Anyone
My IPod Touch will not take a video...It takes photos just fine, but no video
Any suggestions??

The only suggestion I have is to look at the bottom of your 'Camera' app and ensure that on the lower right side there is a slider that shows a 'still camera' icon, and a 'video recorder' icon. If that slider is there then change to video and then press the record button.
If you still aren't able to record video, the only other thing that may be affecting your system is the amount of free space on your iPod. If your iPod is full, or close to full, you may not have enough room to have the system record a video.

Most likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)

You need burn software which will author/encode the movie so it can be viewed using any DVD player - there is iDVD (still available as part of the retail 09 or 11 iLife disks at online resellers including ebay and Amazon) or Roxio Toast ($$) or Burn (free, but very basic).

Not all video from the web can be downloaded, the owner or the website may have prevented this.
I will not describe how to download as doing so may be illegal, but you can Google and read what is and not possible.
Once a file is downloaded legally, the file must be a Quicktime file, drag and drop the file onto a slide.

Can I take a video on my iPad 2 while the device is going through the X ray at the airport?

I want to take a video with my ipad while it goes through the X ray at the airport. Is that going to damage my iPad? Do I have to turn it on? I'm working on a video and I though that it could be a nice idea for an scene to have that shot.

You would have to turn the iPad On. Don't believe it would hurt the iPad. The only problem might be that you would be setting the exposure in the lighted area & the Xray machine is probably dark inside.
But I would ask one of the TSA persons first. They might not allow it. They might not like the blinking red light.

I need some photos of some people for a calendar, but I only have VIDEO of them. If there some way to isolate an individual digital frame and essentially create a photograph that can be e-mailed? There is nothing about doing this in the tutorials.

First, get an app called MPEG Streamclip, which is free. (google MPEG Streamclip from Squared 5)
Open MPEG Streamclip.
In iMovie, select the clip you need. Then, right-click/Reveal in Finder. You will see it highlighted in Blue in the Finder.
Drag this clip from the Finder into MPEG Streamclip
In MPEG Streamclip, move the playhead to the frame you want.
In MPEG Streamclip, click FILE/EXPORT FRAME.
Choose JPEG, TIFF, or PNG and give it a name.
You can then drag this photo into iPhoto.

I have never dropped my iPhone and when I try to take a video on my phone there is no sound and if I send it to someone they can't hear it either I don't know what the problem Is but will apple replace that? Or will it cost some money to fix it?

I don't know what's wrong with my iPhone, I can listen to music but if I try to take a video you can't hear my voice, if I take a voice memo you can hear my voice.

try exiting the app and double clicking the home button. the multitasking apps will show up. delete all of them by holding them down and pushing the red circle (dont worry that doesnt remove them from the phone, just completely closes the app and makes your device run faster) then power off your phone by holding down thw lock button and sliding the red arrow when it comes up. wait about 5 seconds after its completely off and turn it back on. then try using the mic. hope this helps
