I can't uninstall any APP to my iPad

Since I upgrade my iPad 2 to IOS 8.2 I can't uninstall any aplication never more.
When hold any one icon, they start to tilt but "x" don't appear

Are you sure that you are not looking at native iOS apps? They cannot be deleted. The only other thing to look at is to check Settings>General>Restrictions, and check to see if you have a restriction on to prevent deleting apps.

    You do NOT need to restore your iPad.
    I believe that the problem is that there is a disconnect with your iTunes account and your iPad. What you are experiencing is a somewhat common issue after you sync your iPad, update your device - it could be a number of reasons that are causing it. the recommended fix is to download another app in order to "reconnect" your ID and iTunes account to the iPad.
    You can read more about it here. You will need a WiFi internet connection in order to fix it - or you have to be able to sync with your own iTunes library.

    3. Install another app from the App Store
    If none of your user-installed apps will launch, there could be an issue with Apple ID authorization. Download and install a free (or paid) app that isn't already installed on your device to reset this information.     Note: If you have installed apps using multiple Apple ID accounts, you may need to perform this step for each account.

    Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )
    Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
    Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
    Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
    Release the Buttons...
    Note:
    Also consider Deleting any Apps you have Purchased / Downloaded but you now never use...

    I couldn't download any app into my iPAD. Puzzled by this strange condition, I tried downloading the same chosen app into my iPhone. It worked!

    Do the apps show as installed on the Purchased tab in the App Store app ? If they show as installed, then have you got any restrictions set on Settings > General > Restrictions (e.g. Allowed Content > Apps) that might be hiding them ?
    You could try closing the App Store app completely and then seeing if it downloads after you re-open it : from the home screen (i.e.not with the App Store app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the App Store app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
    You could also try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
    And try logging out, and then back in, with your iTunes account : Settings > Store

    You have an iPad 1 which can only be updated to iOS 5.1.1. If the Apps in question require iOS 6 or later you won't be able to install them.

    First, try a system reset.  It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
    Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
    If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore.  Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset.  Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync.  From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab.  Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup.  You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.  Again, say "yes."
    At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod.  As before, say "yes."  Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time.  If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device.  Corrective action is simple -  choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
    If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

  • Two iPads on same account, I can't delete any apps from old ipad?

    I got a new iPad air and have a first gen iPad too.  They are both on the same account so when I install apps on the new iPad they automatically show up on the old iPad too.  This is actually a good thing because I can have paid apps on both iPads....  The problem is that some of the apps will not install on the old iPad.  If I tried to install them directly from the App Store it would not allow it and give me a msg that says I cannot run this app because of the older iOS.   But since it is mirroring the new iPad, I have about 15 grayed out icons that are waiting to install.  Worse yet, if I press and hold to try and delete them, I get the wiggling icons but no X on any of them... I can't delete the grayed out apps nor can I delete existing installed apps.  I have tried a hard reset with no luck.  The original PC that I used to manually sync the old iPad with is apart in the attic as we don't use it anymore.  Any ideas?

    you need to put your phone in recovery mode (search Google) and restore your device as new.  All your data will be lost.

    I recently went to update my Kindle app to the newest version, my ipad has been running great until now. After I went to install the latest version I noticed that I received an error message stating that I couldn't install at this time. I have tryed rebooting the system, I deleted the app & went back to re-install and I am still getting the same message. I also tried to download a random app to see if I received the same message & I did...any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

    Here are a couple of things that you can try.
    Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
    If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
    Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again.

    I don't think it's an Internet problem as I can still use Safari and the Store, but when I attempt to install any apps, it starts to download then when the blue bar is almost full it starts again and it's so annoying because it just does it over and over again until I delete it.     Try this first. Close the App Store app completely and reset your iPad.
    In order to close apps in iOS 5 or iOS 6, first tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus (-) sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice.
    Closing apps in iOS 7 works like this. Drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    I follow the same procedure to uninstall apps from ipad, but the moment i connect to itunes, they are automatically getting reinstalled. Everytime i want to unstall the apps, i really have to connect to itunes (via laptop) and remove the apps.
    Am i doing the right thing?

    After my laptop updated my apps, I now have Photoshop CC (32bit), Photoshop CC (64bit), and Photoshop CC (2014) showing installed on my computer. I also show Premiere CC and Premiere CC (2014). Can I uninstall any of these as they are taking up valuable space on my primary SSD? Please help. This seems silly.

    I just uninstalled Photoshop CC, Indesign CC, and Illustrator CC and did not experience any hiccups.  EDIT: If you have plugins refer to @John T Smith post below; I do not.
    Now time for rant:
    - It's a year+ since the switch to CC; what is the utility in switching your brand's identity to a "SaaS company" if you aren't going to be doing rolling releases? You just didn't want to to package and ship the physical boxes anymore? This is mind-blowing to me. Tell your devs/architects to install some Linux instances (Arch preferably) and see they way they handle package upgrades. If you guys weren't so Linux phobic you might have picked up on how to elegantly do package/app updates.
    - Who in Marketing thought "Well ****, if we are going to have a fragmented CC ecosystem might as well just stick the year at the end". If this is going to be your naming convention you should push an update to rename the old CC's (2013).
    - Please refresh your Creative Cloud app immediately. As @unconsenting posted before, HD space is luxury and can't be wasted. Why not have a prompt asking if the user wants to uninstall any previous version? Before finding the uninstall file, I glanced through the CC app for a non-existent uninstall button. Ridiculous that I had to open the Applications folder(or sorting through the numerous Adobe uninstall apps that spotlight displays) and run 3 uninstall apps, each a 5 min uninstall, after spending 15 mins running the new update
