I can't unlock my phone: You haven't fulfilled your service contract.
I have a Nokia Lumia 925 and I wanted to unlock it because I want to switch carriers, but everytime I go to unlock it I get an e-mail back saying: "Thank you for contacting AT&T about unlocking your mobile device.Unfortunately, your unlock request was denied because:You haven’t fulfilled your service contract."I don't understand why it says this because on my profile under user information it says that my contract has ended. It's becoming really frustrating and even after calling the help center there still doesn't seem to be a solution.

Unfortunately, you must restore it in iTunes on your computer. There is no way to retrieve a forgotten pass lock code.

Carrier unlock? ONLY Sprint cna unlock it and they will only do so for foreign carriers. Contact them and see if you qualify.

Apple does not unlock phones. Only the original cellular provider can authorize unlocking. You will need to contact them. If it is AT&T, they do not provide unlocking, ever.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.
