I can't update any of my apps without tap to billing and continue,and it

For a couple days now"since I noticed it" I can't update my Facebook app with out it saying "tap to continue to billing" and it won't let
Me update without putting in my credit card info,but I don't have a credit card. Now I can't download free apps without it saying "tap to continue to billing"

Ok, so I figured it out. I checked my iPhone and it was having the same trouble. So I went to settings (on the iPhone and iPad) selected store and logged out of the store. Then on my computer, I logged in to iTunes. I went to buy something (a free item...doesn't have to cost anything) and it prompted me to update the payment info (essentially needed to add the security code to my credit card). Then I gave it a minute or two to process...just in case. Logged back in to my iPhone and iPad and everything is back to normal.
Glad it's working, but they should really fix that issue on the mobile devices. Luckily I have iTunes on a computer, so don't have that (they only have the iPad...which they wouldn't be able to update).

It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

It's strange because I can change my AppleID country without this message.
So what to do? Just try to do this again, but on another device. You may also erase cookies and history of your browser.

Have you signed out of your iTunes account on the device/computer that you are using and signed back in with the updated password ? That should 'refresh' the account on it, and you should be able to use the account's new password to download updates to its apps

Need to Resume download to complete the ongoing Process.
Last Resort, put the iPhone in DFU mode (Google How to do that). Connect in iTunes. Follow on-screen prompts to Restore. All Data would be lost, if not backed up earlier.
To save the photographs you may have to use third party software. Google is your friend.

My boss gave me his old iPad and reset all of the information and I signed in with my apple ID but every time I try and update any of my apps it asks for his password, how do I fix it?

You can't fix it. The apps are tied to your boss's Apple ID and so you'll need it to update those apps. The only alternative is to delete those copies of the apps and re-purchase them through your own iTunes Store account.

It would be best for you to open iTunes, sign in and view your account. If all the purchases were paid already instead of entering your new card information, it will give you an option for "NONE" as a payment method. Again this is not applicable of you have a pending charges with iTUnes

I got a notice to reset my password and now when i try to download app updates it asks to "Verify Payment Info" and then asks to log in again. When I do, it asks to log in again, and again and again.

You have to be signed on with the same Apple ID that you used when you purchased the apps.

This all started when I tried to change my apple ID. My apple ID was my email address; i had to change It so tried to change my ID as well. It created such a mess that I changed it back and have had this problem ever since.
