I can't update my IWorks because my Apple ID is disabled. How to update it?

I don't know for what reason but results that my Apple ID was disabled and now I don't know how to update my IWorks. I would like to know how to settle this problem.

These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here - I've asked the hosts to remove your account id from your post.
Depending on why it's been disabled, you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Are you on a PC or Mac? If it's a PC, close iTunes. Then right->click on the iTunes icon and choose Run as Administrator. Then resync your iPod and see if the error disappears.
