I can't update to iTunes 11.1

I'm trying to update my iTunes on my Macbook Pro in order to update my iPhone to iOS 7 without doing it on the phone itself since i don't have enough space. Although, when I check for updates on my iTunes and it gives me the option to get the update, it takes me to the app store and says there aren't any updates. Also, when I download iTunes directy from the Apple site and do the install to upgrade it that way, it does not update and says it is still at 11.0.4. Does anyone have any clue how I can update it?

I can't update my itunes.. in the middle of installation of the new itunes, it says there is a problem with this windows installer package. a program required for this install to complete could not be run.

for any more information, i am in South Korea right now, and i've tried both english and korean version to install on my computer.
it's a laptop from Asus, N61J. i'm using windows 7 and can't update the itunes- apparently need to download a new version, idk why they couldn't just let me update it through itunes. and so itunes have error as following picture. please help. i got a new iphone today and because of this stupid itunes i can't sync my iphone.. -_-

If possible you need to upgrade OS X. However, what you can upgrade to is dependent on what your Mac hardware and configuration is which you have not provided in your profile.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

I can't update my iTunes to the 10.6.3 version. I am currently using the 10.6.1 version on Lion. Everytime I try to, it'll start but by the end, it will show me a prompt that says that it can't complete the update. Why is this happening?

Perhaps let's first try updating your Apple Software Update.
Launch Apple Software Update ("Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update"). Does it launch and offer you a newer version of Apple Software Update? If so, choose to install just that update to Apple Software Update. (Deselect any other software offered at the same time.)
If the ASU update goes through okay, try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the errors this time?

Since I last updated ATV my own tv no longer supports my ATV. On my HDMI channel it is picking up different Hz levels ranging from 18 Hz to 180 Hz when ATV is plugged in. A few times some white lines have appeared on the screen as though it is trying to connect. I have tested a different HDMI chord and that didn't have any effect and I've reset my Wi-if router. My tv still supports my bluray DVD player through the HDMI port. I want to update my ATV as I think that will fix the problem, but I can't see the menu on the tv to do so. Is there any way I can do this via iTunes or iPad?

What TV are you using? Did you try switching ports?
Yes, you can connect to iTunes via micro usb. It will restore the system and install the latest firmware.

I have been trying to update my itunes to version 10.7 and my Quicktime to version 7.7.3!
Having no luck!
So I tried selecting repair software on all of the Apple applications and they seem to have worked.
Then I selected look for upgrades on my itunes (Help) main screen
It said their were two updates -   Itunes 10.7   and Quicktime 7.7.3
I selected the option to update and the .exe files were loaded to my Windows 7 p.c.
However after part of the Itune update completed a message came up on the screen
saying   "The feature you are trying to use is on a net work resource that is unavailable.
O.k.
I then went to the itunes website and tried again. This time it checked my system the process seemed to be working and all of a sudden I got a message saying my old itunes programs could not be removed and or deleted. So I tried to delete my old version myself without success it won't let me.
I've run out of options and am not completely fustrated.
I have itunes on my desktop, my iphone4, my ipod and in my car.
Anyone have any clue how I can resolve this problem?
