This order no is for subscription of Adobe Captivate 8. In order to install subscription you need not to enter any serial key .During the installation it will prompt you to enter your Adobe Id and it will validate your subscription after validating your Adobe Id from the server. No I cant do that as soon as I disconnect the usb plug it goes blank and when I connect it to my pc it doesn't light up so I assume it wont take a charge from my pc. When its charging from the plug and lights up it wont let me do anything it just says connect to ITunes and configure in all languages so at least its teaching me new languages lol :-]

I also had the same issue (I downloaded IOS6 on my Ipad in Germany, when I was travelling). I could not get into the Settings/ITunes & App Store and log out of my account as the Apple ID was greyed out and nothing happened when I clicked on my user id. I then had to go into iTunes and found that my user id at bottom of the screen in ITunes, click on my user id and assume that the german words meant to log out. I then was able to log back in and English was restored in the iTunes and App store.

Apps are forever tied to the AppleID used to download them.
You can download the missing apps under your own AppleID;
if they are not free apps, you will have to pay for them.

My ipod just adds apps but won't delete any. I can't restore it to its factory settings as I don't know the 4 digit code. Can anyone help please?

You can try putting it in DFU mode (google is your friend), but that's all we can suggest.

Bookmarks are missing from both my list and bookmark tab and I don't know if this was caused by plugin or due to lack of space in my internal HD. Please help?

Dear Community, I promise I'll try to be as concise as possible. I'm really desperate for help! I've read absolutely everything about missing bookmarks, but as you will see my problem is also about cursors and Google showing differently on screen.
It all started this day I was running short on storage space in my internat HD. Suddenly my computer showed that I had 0 KB available, and I just deleted some big mov files and restarted the computer. After the reboot, I opened FF and noticed that my bookmarks were missing and so was my reading list - my reading list is stored with the help of ReadItLater plugin (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/read-it-later/). I tried to google solutions for my problem and realized that something was weird with the way results were displayed.
So, I made some screenshots because it's really hard to explain what's going on by writing, so please take a look:
1. When I first open my FF, if I click on ReadItLater, I get this error message (code 0x80570016): [[click here|http://www.flickr.com/photos/81007892@N07/7423869970/]]
2. Then if I click on any link on the page, and go back to check my ReadItLater list, I can open it without getting an error message but still NO READING LIST is shown. Image: [[click here|http://flic.kr/p/cj2gPm]]
3. Now take a look on how Google is displaying results on FF! The text appears in Black/Green when it's really supposed to be displayed in Blue/Green/Black! The cursor is also messed up: when I try to click one of the links with the arrow, it turns into a type cursor instead of the usual hand or clicking cursor! Any help will be much appreciated. I've already tried to reinstall FF again, and I've also deleted it and reinstalled FF but I never deleted profile/personal info that is in the Library Folder. Also, have tried to back up and replace the profile folder but my computer didn't allow me. I got a message saying it was not possible to copy the places.sqlite-wal file. I have done a search about it and I can say I never had a profile duplicate. Please help? I'm desperate and I can't lose my reading list or my bookmarks!

Help with Outlook 2010 sync calanders and contacts by iCloud! please help!

I've got an quesstion:
I got Microsoft office 2010 x86 on my windows 7 PC.
With the iCloud program V 1.0.1
I checked all boxes : mail, contacts, calanders/ tasks, bookmarks, photo stream
Now the question is..
When i open my outlook, i can see my mail from my icloud account..
But is there a possible way, that icloud sync my outlook 2010 with the contacts and calenders to?
Because all i can see is my mail, my calander and contacts are empty?
Isnt that what iCloud stand for, auto sync?
Or is the only way to put contacts by checking in iTunes the contacs and calanders??
So its not possible that icloud sync auto, like it sync from iphone 4s to ipad, to icloud.com...
So what i try to say is if you add contact on your iphone 4s whereever you are.. that it auto sync with oudlook 2010 like it does on icloud.com and my ipad 2

I recently imported some CDs, the songs loaded fine, they play on the computer and all, but when I go to put them on my iPhone, they don't show up. Yes I have tried manually selecting them, that too has failed. This is infuriating, please help!!!!

When i sleect them to go on my iphone they never show up, this whole icloud set up for music is really annoying. i wish itunes woudl go back to the way things were, a simple click on a song/album/artist and boom, theyre on your ipod. now you have to finish a maze, get a masters degree, and then solve three riddles before you even can import something from a recently imported CD.

Have you tried deleting the songs from Settings?
Settings -> General -> Usage -> Manage Storage (not the iCloud link!) -> Music and then click Edit to enable you to be able to delete.

Try these steps instead:
1 Click start, and in the start menu search, type "cmd" (without the quotes) DO NOT PRESS ENTER!
2. Right click the "cmd" search result
3. Click "Run as Administrator"
4. If you get a pop up message, click yes or continue
5. Type the command in the window as you did above.
In an effort to try to prevent programs from messing with your computer, programs don't run under your administrator account unless you tell them to or they ask. This gives the Administrator (elevated) privelleges that you need.

I have wanted to move to a Mac for some time now as I am a keen photographer, I bought a very nice Imac 21.5 May 2011 model OS Lion and it is wonderful.
Just tried to put my Adobe Photoshop software on and it asks to log in to Admin and asks for the password, I have tried the 'link to your Apple ID' but it doesn't seem to want to work.

Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
     When the menubar appears select Terminal from the Utilities menu.
     Enter resetpassword at the prompt and press RETURN. Follow
     instructions in the dialog window that will appear.

     OS X Lion- Apple ID can be used to reset your user account password.
