I can't upload photos to faceboook since upgrading to firefox 17.0.1

I've disabled add-ons, restarted firefox to default. Still can't upload photos to facebook from my desktop. Any and all suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

I can't print only selected text since upgrading to Firefox 8.0. Using Mac OS Lion

Until Firefox 8.0, I could select text on any webpage and print only that text. Now, I can't even get a print dialog box with an option to "Print Selection" only.
I also recently upgraded to OS Lion (from OS Leopard) on Mac. Any chance that that is the problem or is it in Firefox? I've seen lots of help requests on this site from other people with problems printing selected text from websites.

Firefox hangs the same way in safe mode.
There is no such thing as a Firefox program folder on a Mac, nor is there an "uninstall" to do, so these directions are not relevant to a Mac user.
The problem remains.

I have Widows XP . A HP Deskjet952C printer that worked fine before. I uninstallled the printer and reinstalled it to no availe. When I put the software disk in to reinstall it the printer, it comes up and says this driver won't work with Windows 2000. I don't have Windows 2000! I'm ready to uninstall Firefox altogether and go back to the older version. I'vead the comments from edmeis, but none of them worked. Iwas doing fine printing before because I printed greeting cards. I have an old Dell Dimension 2400 I plan to use as a replacement for the Sony Vaio when it pops. I've held out as long as possible because it lacks a pci or usb wifi and I really didn't want to run 50 feet of cat5 up a flight of stairs to it. [as i type this i think i remember where a linksys stick for it might be]. Yes I guess it's about time I just do that.
Don't laugh but the reason I held off adding a simple usb keyboard was just lack of space in my tiny bedroom. My setup is on two tray tables side-by-side. Sony Vaio is on left one, my lcd monitor and mouse are on the other. I barely have room to put a cup of coffee on the one with monitor and mouse let alone a full size usb keyboard lol.

Can't upload photos to facebook ios8

2 Main issues since doing the Iis upgrad on my iPad. Can't upload photos to facebook using Safaur. Will work with the FB a app, but I don't like tht app. Also can't copy paste consistently. I'm an admin in several facebook groups and this is really causing me issues. Crashes about the same. Do just wait and see??

i have the same ipad 4 & not been able to upload a single photo since updating to iOS8 at the weekend.
ive tried resetting, closing apps, Chrome, but nothings helped.
It must be because of the update, I never had a problem before.
I trust Apple will sort it out, I just hope they don't take too long, I NEED to be able to upload photos, its my living! And the primary use of my iPad.
i Expect a 2 year old, £400 bit of kit to be reliable, this is costing me money!
i think it's incredibly irresponsible of Apple to release this update without either testing it or giving a warning.
being able to upload photos isn't a minor issue & should never have happened.

It is peculiar, that Chrome, Safari, and Skype can access FB, but not the iPhoto uploader.
Do you see any error messages/ diagnostics in the Console Window, when you try to connect to Facebook?
Launch a Console window from Applications > Utilities and clear the Console Window. Then try to upload. Are there any new messages?
And also launch a Terminal and have a look, if "facebook.com" is properly resolved:

Even though download of Flash Player XI was successful I still can't upload photo's. Is there a missing link ? The message continually asks me to download Flash Player XI repeatedly. I have tried multiple times but still get the same message to download again.

Also, there is no such thing as "Flash Player XI"; you may get fake update notifications from somewhere else than Adobe.

I solved the problem. Had nothing to do with Mac or iphoto. Problem must be my the internet connection to my provider.

This computer has two different versions of Flash Player for Internet Explorer and two different versions of Flash Player for other browsers.
A clean install is recommended:
Windows
Download the current 32 bit uninstaller Uninstaller for 32 bit Operating Systems
Close all browser windows and run the uninstaller
Restart Windows
Delete all remaining files and folders located in the following directories. (tip: copy and paste these paths into the path bar in an Explorer window)

Verify that the file “FlashPlayerCPLApp.cpl” in C:\Window\system32\ for 32 bit systems has been deleted.
Download the following installer files:

Physically disconnect from the Internet and run the installers.

I think you have to have the files on your HD. So either put them in iPhoto or copy them to a folder in Finder, and from there you can upload to Facebook.
