I can't use iMessage and FaceTime

hello when I try to connect to imessage or facetime told me that he is a server problem and I can not successfully connect to me, I tried several times already but its not working thank you to help me

1. Check the status of the service. If the service is down, wait tor it to come back up. There may be a localized outage, even if the status indicator is green.
2. From the menu bar, select
 ▹ About This Mac
Below the "OS X" legend in the window that opens, the OS version appears. Click the version line twice to display the serial number. If the number is missing or obviously invalid, take the machine to an Apple Store or other authorized service center to have the problem corrected.
3. Back up all data, then take the steps suggested in this support article.
There are five steps in that article. Please take all of them. If you don't understand some of the steps or can't carry them out, ask for guidance.
4. Reset the NVRAM.

    I was having the same problem on my iPad mini until just a few minutes ago. It kept telling me to check my network, which was working fine with all the other devices in my house. I recently noticed all my FB.posts weren't reflecting the proper time so I checked my Date and Time settings. Sure enough, it was wrong. I adjusted it to the correct time and time zone, logged back into iMessage and now it connects just fine.

    Go to settings and check both face time and imessage. Make sure they are both turned on.  Also, check restrictions in settings while you are there.  Somethingnmay have gotten scrambledmduring the upgrade.

    Please try to sign in at https://appleid.apple.com
    Check if your new username/email address is verfied
    If this works, delete your account on your iPhone (Settings > iCloud)
    Sign back in

    After reviewing your post, it sounds like you linked the phone number to iMessage and iMessage wont turn on. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

    The telephone number will be dimmed when you view these settings on an iPhone.

    ACTIVATING FACETIME AND IMESSAGES
    Activating Facetime and Imessages on your phone requires the ability to send SMS messages and depending upon where you are that might be an international SMS.  Check with your carrier to see if your plan supports sending of international SMS messages.  If you are having trouble activating Facetime or Imessages turn them both off on your device and reset the device (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost)).  Wait for the device to restart and wait a minute and turn Facetime and imessage back on and wait for activation.  If that does not fix things read the following articles:
