I saw one post where a user said dust got inside the small microphone hole. Using a vacuum cleaner removed the dust and restored the audio.

I can use the wifi for Internet browsing, and also we have checked our broadband supplier, they stated that there is no problem with the wifi setting, but unfortunately, i can not use the FaceTime function, sometime even I can not access my apple ID,but for both incoming and outgoing FaceTime request, I would like to ask does any setting of the FaceTime? Try to reset it. just press hold the on/off botton (ignore the red slider) just hold it then the ipad is automatically reset. dont worry about your file, there nothing happen to it. Godbless.
