I can't use my fingerprint for the App Store?

I tried re setting it again but couldn't.
I also read that i have to change the "Restrictions" to 15 minutes for the password, but i don't have that option available.
What can I do?

It isn't clear from your question whether you weren't able to enable Touch ID for the store or if it is not recognizing your fingerprint when you use it. The following link has a section related to Touch ID for the store that may help: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5883

This happens when you both use the same Apple ID for iMessage. To fix this you have two choices:
On one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID. Note: you can still share the same ID for purchasing in Settings>iTunes & App Stores; or
On both phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". Also uncheck the other phone's phone number, if present.

like I want to be able to use Apple pay on the App store and i Tunes store cause I can't use it for anything else right now in India.

I am also having theses problems, I sent my ipod to apple for repair, they sent it back stating the could not recreate the problem. I am on the phone with them as I type. Not Satisfied.

You can store it in Keychain if you're worried about forgetting it. You can also use 1Password which will allow you to pull it up from a button on the toolbar and automatically sign in.

Can I use a substitute for the Sample Clock?

I have three different analog inputs coming from one device (PCI-6221). Two inputs are running at the same sample rate while the third needs a faster sample rate and a trigger. I have these seperated as two seperate tasks but my problem is they both use the sample clock. Can I use a substitute for the sample clock on the third channel?
I am running LabVIEW 8.2 on Windows XP.

I understand you are trying to
configure your PCI-6221 to sample on multiple channels, while having
different rates and triggers for the channels. Unfortunately, you can
only configure one analog input task to run at once and all the channels in
the task must share the same configurations, including the sample clock
and trigger. This is due to the fact that all the channels are
multiplexed to a single amplifier and ADC on the device. Thus, you will
not be able to configure the two inputs at one rate and use a different
clock rate and trigger for the third input. Is it possible to sample at the
maximum rate on all channels and decimate the data that you don't need on the certain
channels, as well as share the same type of triggering? Hopefully you will be able to run your application with the same configuration across multiple channels, otherwise you may need multiple DAQ devices. Please let me know if you have any further questions related to this issue.

First on a computer try editing your ID to change the payment method to None.

This caused me to create a new account, and it can be used for the App Store and iTunes and all that, but I can't change the initial iCloud account (the one my mum made). My device keeps prompting me for the password every few minutes after updating to iOS 8, and I've tried every option possible to retrieve the password, but I don't even know the answers to the security questions and I can't find the password reset email anywhere and I don't know the back up emails my mum used. I literally cannot find any legitimate way to sign out of the initial iCloud account without entering a password (which neither I nor my parents know). Is there a way for me to retreive the password or change to my new account without the password?
