I can't use some Arabic fonts in Firefox.. How to use them?

I am trying to use special Arabic fonts in my html page that I run locally. So I created an html page that contains an Arabic font. The font was displayed as it should be in IE and Chrome, but the same font wasn't displayed in Firefox.
Can the same font be displayed it Firefox?

Additional Details:
When I go to: Tools --> Options.. --> Content --> Default Font.
Then the list doesn't contain the wanted fonts.

Yeah the whole "blame the OS" thing is a red herring. What the hell is Firefox doing looking on my external drives in the first place? It asks permission to use a font on another drive, but what else is it looking at outside of the Applications folder where it should know enough to mind its own business?

Out of the box, to use the function keys as function keys, hold down the fn key when you press the key. Otherwise, you get the picture function on the key. You can reverse this behavior in the Keyboard system prefs.

I've looked at that, but on my PC, "look for remote speakers connected with airtunes" isn't an option.
The only options I get are "prevent ipods [etc] from syncing automatically" , "warn me when [X %] of the data on this computer will be changed" and "forget all remotes". Its also got a list of backups I have saved, as well as a button to reset sync history.
When I am playing a song, the "airplay" button isn't even visible.
I am sure that the apple tv setting is on as well. Is there anything else you can help me with?

This doesn't sound like a Firefox problem. You should try to consider, methodically, what you did before the problem occurred so that you can describe to someone exactly what occurred, and in what order.

Hi..I have windows 7, and am using photoshop CS5. I have an arabic font installed in my control panel
thus i can use it in all other programs..except for photoshop. I cant view that arabic font in the photoshop
fonts drop down box. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me! thanks.

Thanks a lot, however there is another arabic font in photoshop, which I can use,
but whenever i use that font, its doesnt come out right..its like the letters are disjointed.
Also i tried to look for the 'Middle Eastern Format" in the "paragraph" section..but the
middle eastern option was not availabe. So the point is I can't write in Arabic in Photoshop!

Even with "Allow pages to use their own fonts" enabled, firefox sill dictates fonts on some sites. WTF.

I built my website to show some work I did, everything was fine in firefox 3.6 but i upgraded today and now the font styles i wrote into the page are being overridden somehow.
Yes, i checked allow pages to use their own fonts.

That should work unless the specified font is missing or corrupted and in that case you need to (re)install that font.

Can We Get Some New Fonts?!!

I've been using these boring fonts for going on 3 or so yrs now. BlackBerry is waaaaayy over do for some new-- and cooler fonts... Just a random thought.

Which device you're using? What is OS version?
I agree that BlackBerry fonts are more generic...But I'm quite happy with it. Especially with OS 4.6 and above comes with nice fonts.

Hi,
I am new to JSP and servlets
Still I am devloping a website in JSP. I am not mixing JSP with servlets, but I do create Java files for bean, logic and database works.
I try to keep the hard coding part out of JSP.
I dont how to use both JSP and Servlets in combination.
Hence If needed I write some functions in JSP.
but it gives me error
