some of my plug-ins and extensions and the harley davidson personna will not work, so I want to go back to 3.6--I liked the look and how it worked.

Thank You, as system restore to the previous week was not working, and could not find 3.6.12 in my system... I had found it at firefox site, but was not sure of the complete ramifications of just downloading it.

It's highly likely, Apple are not in the habit of shooting themselves in the foot and have an excellent track record for handling major architectural transitions (68000 to PowerPC, PowerPC to Intel, OS 9 to OS X etc) but of course nothing can be guaranteed until further official announcements are made. Your existing software however will certainly continue to work for some time yet to come with compatibility for the existing FCP, Motion, After Effects versions.

when i m use the FF after 20-30 minutes every site who i want to open after giving the URL in address bar and hit enter
FF status bar msg
Connecting...........
after 1 or 2 minutes plug-in container make the system heavy
on task manager > process
plug-in container 100
and task manager status bar showing 100% CPU usage.
after closing FF other browsers IE, opera work fine and smoothly

When I try to install some plugins I get "Can't find Internet Plug-ins folder". Friends with the same machine using the same browser can download just fine. What gives?

When I try to install a plugin in any browser on my Mac Mini or my MacBook Pro, I get a "Can't find Internet Plug-Ins folder" message. Other friends with the same machines can install the plugin just fine. We can't find any reason why the plugin won't install on mine. Any ideas out there?

I am a musician, but haven't spent any time really learning how to properly use the plug ins that come in Logic 8...
Any websites, DVD's etc... where I can learn a bit about this???

In all seriousness, the Logic 8 plug-in and instrument manual is very, very good. A New York Times Best Seller IMO.
It'll cover some generic applications of plug-ins as well as synthesis techniques (vocoding and physical modeling for example).
After that, whatever is unsolved (compression techniques as another example in parenthesis!) you can research on the web. wikirecording.com is a good site - up & coming, as they say in the music biz.

There are also iSwifter, Photon, Skyfire, etc., some only support Flash some support Java and Flash.
Adobe never made a version of Flash for iOS and closed their mobile flash division a couple of years ago. You can get Flash on other personal devices but you will be using a 2 year old version that has not been patched for security vulnerabilities.
When the original iPhone was released Mr. Jobs said it would never run Java as it was old technology and a security risk. Nothing has changed since.

a error during the flash update might be itself an indication of malware active on the pc. the browser is your door to the web - therefore it's very important to keep it and all plugins up to date in order to keep your pc & the integrity of your personal data safe.

Thanks Larry. That certainly gives me some understanding. Can't imagine I'm the only Aperture user with that concern, so I certainly hope Adobe and others will fill the void. Without that feature, Photos is pretty much a non-started for me.

It is not a system so simple for a person working with photoshop files very large (Over 6/7 GB). You lose several minutes of time.
The tests carried out then the difference in performance from 64 to 32 Bit is 40-50% faster in 64 bit mode. This is also why the 64-bit version you can assign more memory.

Only the original cellular provider can authorize unlocking. You will need to contact them to determine if they offer unlocking and if the phone qualifies.

Read the system requirements for the programs you listed. Match them against the specifications of the machine you propose to buy. The more RAM the better, your hard drive size requirements and video card specicications may require the upgraded, not base, model or may eliminate the MBA as a platform.
