I can't verify my appworld on the new IOS 6 on my Iphone 4S.

When I download an (free) app it asks to verify payment options. I still have money from my itunes card on my account. But When I select 'none'. So no creditcard it says 'Failed to connect. Try again later.
So it's impossible to download apps, can someone please help me?

Yeah, no one can. You can go into general > accessibility and turn on reduce motion which turns off the parallax effect, and helps slightly. But as of now, it's literally impossible to scale your wallpaper properly. Glitch or Apple just being completely dumb, I don't know. It's really annoying either way.

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine.

"Sounds like you guys are using the same apple id for imessage. You will need to create a separate id for you wife. OR go to settings - message - receive&send and make sure your phone number is the default for both you and yoru wife.

there seems to be a bug in iOS5 with regards to Bluetooth. THere are a lot of threads in here on this. We're all waiting for Apple to fix this...

I can't delete purchased songs with the new IOS 7

I recently updated my iphone 4 to the new IOS 7 and when i went to my music all of my old purchases are in my library and it is taking up a lot of space. I tried to just slide to the left to delete them but it wouldn't allow me to. I've tried everything to delete these songs including disabling icloud on my phone. go to settings>Safari>Turn on Private Browsing
make sure to close all browers.
Connect to your wifi
then you can turn off private browsing if you want.

It sounds like the phone is in recovery mode, and is not recognized in iTunes when you have it plugged in.
The steps to take next will depend on what Operating system you have installed on your computer.

You didn't download the new iOS 8 to an iPhone 4. Perhaps you did it to an iPhone 4S.
But if your device is showing you should connect to iTunes on your computer, then that's what you need to do.

You can change it. At the top of iTunes, click Store > View My Account, log in with your password, View Account. To the right of your Apple ID click the word Edit, and it will take you to a page where you can edit your email address.
You are right to avoid creating a new account if at all possible, since having multiple accounts usually causes complications down the line.

You should have 200 undos, and can verify this in the bottom left flyout >> show >> number of undos (this show shows many undos you have cahced, not your max amount, will max out at 200)
You can try changing the 200 in the illustrator preferences, by using a text editor, saving and then booting illustrator. Not sure this is a great idea, as 200 should be plenty, but let us know your results if you try.
