If after syncing it from your computer's iTunes you delete it from the iPad then it shouldn't also get deleted from your computer's iTunes when you next sync. But you should copy any purchases/downloads from iTunes onto a backup (e.g. an external drive) in case anyinth happens to your computer's hard-drive - even though you may currently be able to re-download your purchased music, films, tv shows etc there is no guarantee that they will remain available in the store for future re-downloading (and ringtones and audiobooks are currently one-time only downloads).

For viewing PDF I use PDF Pen. It's awesome though some consider the app pricey. PDF expert is another one.
Sometimes it depends on the book you are viewing. If its a PDF it will not show 2 pages that I am aware of.

How can I view movies in iPad with the full screen?

Ok, I bought two movies from iTunes on my iMac and synced them with my iPad. It went well.
But when I play them back on the iPad, I can only view them in letterbox/portrait mode which uses only one third of the iPad screen!!! Why is this? Is there anyway I can actually utilise the other two thirds of the iPad screen to view the movie? Otherwise it kind of defeats the object of having an iPad surely?

I think we are going to experience some format problems on our mobile devices, unfortunate as that may be.
This is caused, I think, by the video and cable providers preparing to roll out live programming through LTE
broadband from the cell towers to multiple mobile devices and home television. We should expect some
bumbs along the road.
This may be an unrelated problem:
On my Ipad, before OS 5 upgrade, I was was able to view Xfinity, HBO Live, ABC Live and CNN Live in full
screen using the popup full screen icon on the top right of the screen.
After OS 5, HBO,ABC,CNN LIVE - all could be viewed full screen using the popup icon.
The popup Icon is not available with Xfinity. Xfinity is now letterbox. Very, very annoying!!!
The Comcast New Products department said that engineering would fix this problem. I sure hope they do.

You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

Can't view .MOV files in IE 7 or IE 8

I can't view any quick time files through IE7 or IE8 when trying to access them through one of our FTP sites. When I go to our ftp site and click on a .mov, there is a 3-5 second pause then i get the Quicktime logo with a queston mark through it.
If I load the file onto my local drive, it plays just fine. If I bring up Firefox and click on the .mov file through our FTP site. It plays just fine. I'm not sure what else to look at for the possible problem. I have Quicktime ver. 7.5

Your post did not specifically say which version of Photoshop abnd Premiere Elements you have - I am guessing that you have version 9.
For both versions 8 and 9, the Organizer component is the same for both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements. So since your specific question is about video in the Adobe Elements Organizer, I suggest that you also post this question on the Adobe Premiere Elements forum because it has more participants knowledgeable in video (and its technical aspects such as codecs). Hello. I need help viewing a .mov file with Quicktime 7.5. It was recorded on a Canon Vixia HV30 camcorder and given to me on a dvd. But when I try to view the .mov file with Quicktime, I can hear the audio but the screen is black. Sometimes, it asks me to continue to the following link:

Sorry. My "then" (above) should have been "they".
They sent you a data DV containing the "source" from the camera and the HDV codec isn't available on your PC so you can't view the file.
Ask the authors to convert the file using H.264 Video codec (or others) so your Windows version of QuickTime can play the file.
