I cancelled my annual cloud membership today but I'm still being charged in full.

I cancelled my annual cloud membership today with one month remaining. The service agent told me that he would cancel my membership and I would be charged half for the remaining month. I received an email stating "Since we were unable to bill the payment method on file, your subscription to Creative Cloud has expired and we have deactivated the paid features on your account. If you did not intend to cancel and wish to reactivate your subscription, please update your billing information".  but a few hours later received another email saying that "We received your payment for your Creative Cloud Membership (one-year)" the payment was for my regular monthly charge that I get every month. How c an I be sure that I am cancelled.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.  It appears that the cancellation was not successful as the membership is still active.
    I will cancel it and issue the refunds.

  • I cancelled our Creative Cloud team subscription but will it still auto-renew?

    Last Monday I called your support and cancelled our team subscription and as far as I know it is fully cancelled now (is it?). What worries me though is that on our account it still says that the subscription will auto-renew next month. I just wanted to make sure that the subscription is cancelled and that it won't be auto-renewed. It would be a real hassle if you keep charging us and I then have to deal with getting that money back.

    It did not I'm afraid, that one doesn't work for team subscriptions.
    I'm still worried it might auto-renew even though the subscription should be cancelled.

    So Ive been trying to buy this app for a while now so I bought a $15 app store gift card. The app is 14.99 so I apparently forgot about tax. So I try to put my debit card info in (paypal) and it keeps getting denied.     Just deleting an app from a computer or device doesn't unsubscribe the auto renew function. That is the buyers respsonsibility after purchasing the app.
    And, Apple's policy states that, "all sales are final" >   iTUNES STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    I'm trying to switch from having several Single-App Memberships to one full Creative Cloud Membership. I already signed up for the full CC membership and paid for it, but I'm still being charged for the single-apps separately.     I have the month-to-month Creative Cloud membership and am curious if I would be able to cancel my Creative Cloud membership and still have access to everything still involved with my Photoshop downloaded onto my computer?

    If you have licensed versions of software that you purchased separately from your Cloud subscription you can still use them.  There is a chance that the Cloud will have taken over for them in which case you may have to uninstall, clean things up, reinstall.

    Did you get a confirmation email to say you cancelled? If you did, then it's likely you have a second account. Try logging in with an email/username and see if that account is there too. If not, then try cancelling through the subscriptions page again. Make sure you click on every confirmation box that may appear!
    For the refund, if you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can look into sorting this for you.
    Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

    The battery is possibly unable to take as much power as a normal battery. It may need a replacement battery.

    If you're trying to add a large amount of data all at once, and you get an alert of insufficient space, then from the menu bar, select
               ▹ System Preferences... ▹ Time Machine
    If the padlock icon is closed, click it to unlock the settings and authenticate. Turn Time Machine OFF, then back ON and close the preference pane. Restart the computer. Test.

    Contact the accounts team through the online contact form and let them know what's going on so they can cancel your other account. If you receive an automated reply directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you should hear from a representative within 24-48 hours.
