I cancelled my order but never got refunded

the order said prepared for shipment, but it let me cancel it, so i cancelled it, on the order status it says my item is cancelled, but i still never got refunded, so will i recieve the product or will they refund my money?

I would wait like a week or so after you cancelled but after that you should call their customer service and see what's going on on their end of the transaction.

So ordered the iPhone 5s back in september. Long story short they ended up canceling my order but look payment on october 6. Verizon cancelled the order on October 22. Never told me until I called to see what was going on and I was told it was cancelled and asked if I want to reorder it. I said no just refund my payment and Ill buy it when it is available in store.. It is now November 18 and still haven't refunded my money! Just thought you people should know how horrible Verizon has been during this iPhone 5s ridiculousness.

Just call the credit card company and do a charge back for the amount verizon owes you.

This means that at some time you had the iWork ’09 trial installed. You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user. Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

Unable to email the keynote presentation to using pdf file or PPT file. It seems went though, but never got the email

I just purchased the keynotes add from Ipad Mini last night. My daughter created the presentations from keynotes app and was going to send an emails to her teacher. This is for her school project, however, when we tried to email as ppt, it gave us an error message that you can not saved or email, so we tried send it as pdf file, it did not give me an error message, however, I never got the email either from last night since I cc myself when we tried to send the project to her teacher and I tried it this morning and did not got through either. Am I missing something here?? Please help, she needs to turn in her project by today and she is already late with her school work.... Please advise...........

Ordered a book in Aperture, but never got a confirmation

I recently ordered a photo book in Aperture 2, and the order went through. However, I never received a confirmation and when I checked "Order Status" it was not there. I tried purchasing the book again, only to have the same results.
Is there a waiting period before the confirmation is sent to me?

Cancelled an order and now got a bill of £152

I placed an order with BT and then cancelled it because they kept changing the install date but with Sky service so bad I reordered and got everything installed, phone and infinity broadband. Now even tho my new account is up to date, BT keep sending me a bill for around £152 for the first order. I phoned and queried this and the foreign guy in Billing said, dont pay it because a credit would be generated on a final bill to cover it... I didnt pay it and now it is increasing with 'Late Fees' now I cant get anyone to discuss this with... If this is how BT works I will cancel my current services and move to VirginMedia as my mum has never had problems with them.

Hello, I purchased several items last December on the 29th and was told that the items would be shipped to the store within 3-4 days and that I would get a call and email to notify me. Using the information you provided, I was able to locate your order. I regret to report that your order was cancelled on 1/12/2015 and a refund processed. The notes on your order indicated that your items were not picked up within the time allowed after it arrived in store.
Some email clients filter our messages so it's always a good idea to check your junk email and promotions folders if an expected message does not arrive in your inbox. White-listing the "BestBuy.com" domain is also advisable.
I'm sorry that I do not have better news, but I am grateful that you brought this to our attention.
