I cannot accept the Terms & Conditions for iCloud.
I constantly get an error mesage that says I need to accpet the new Terms ans Conditions for iCloud.
Under Settings- Terms and Conditions is bold and active. But when I touch it, I receive another message that says 'Unable to connect to server'. My iCloud dull and not active.
Delete the iCloud account (go to Settings>iCloud, scroll down and tap Delete Account), then sign back in.

From iCloud Control Panel 2.1.1 for Windows
"iCloud Control Panel 2.1 and later includes support for Windows 8"
but you still need to set it up on a Mac or iOS device, "Note: To create an iCloud account you need an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later, or a Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later." -

Some people have had success downloading the Find My Friends app, signing in with their iCloud ID and accepting the terms and conditions there. You might give this a try to see if it works for you.

have a 2nd generation ipod touch and the screen is severely cracked have mangaged to access the ipod but cannot accept the terms and conditions as the screen is unresponsive where the accept button is. Can i accept the terms and conditions on itunes or any other way? thanks
You can try on a computer. However, If I recall yo may also have to do it an the iPod too.

Sounds like the device is in recovery mode. You will need to restore the phone. See this support document for instructions. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

In the icloud settings, I am told I need to accept the terms and conditions to use icloud. However, when I click on "Terms and conditions", I get a message "unable to connect to server". This has been happening for a week now since I upgraded to iOS 7.06. There is no problem with my wifi or cellular connectivity, all other applications work perfectly. P.S.I have never used icloud before, but wish to do so now. How do I overcome this problem?
Have you turned the iPad off then back on? That often helps with problems.

I just figured out the problem with my grandma's iphone.
Settings>iCloud>Delete Account
IT WILL NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. it just takes it off the phone. then you can log back in, and BAM, You're good I hope!

What is going on with itunes update? I keep getting the message that updates are available for itunes, safari and icloud, but when I accept the terms and conditions and the install 3 items message, it keeps going back to telling me there are 3 updates available and have to accept terms and conditions again without it ever installing!! I am using a PC with windows vista. Have not had this problem till December when I got an ipad and had icloud installed, don't know if there is a connection.
I can't offer any help but it soulds like Apple goofed with the latest update. Many of us have the same problem. I may wait a week or so to see if Apple responds.

I can't seem to agree to terms and conditions for icloud and when I try! It says it cannot connect to server. Does anyone know what that means?

I updated to iOS7 this afternoon, before doing so I backed everything up and cleared off a bunch of photo's so I had space. Everything had been working fine.
A few months ago I'd updated my apple ID to my new email address and it had worked fine. Now, my old email is my Apple ID and it won't let me rest it (my DOB is apparently wrong and there is no email address it's now connected to). My iTunes is connected to the correct account but the iCloud ID is still the wrong one.
I've tried the 'find my friends' app and it gave me new T&C's but still, the old apple ID
I've tried the restrictions, but that didn't work either
I can't restore the phone until 'find my iPhone' is off, but I can't log in to do that
IT'S LIKE A TERRIBLE CYCLE OF STUPIDNESS
Can anyone suggest anything before I thrrow this stupid phone at the wall?? -

iCloud isn't connecting to the server to accept the terms and conditions. When I hit the button to see the terms and conditions, it says it can't connect with the server. Does that mean I need to connect the phone to the computer to accept it or how can I change it.
Try the following steps :
1. Keep the review file closed and remove the review enty from the Tracker. For this "Go to View->Tracker. Choose the review file under the Review->Joined node and from right click options choose 'Remove review from Tracker'."
Note: Do not remove the reviews which you had initiated i.e. those under Sent node. Otherwise, the review will be removed from the server also.
Alternatively, you can delete the Collab and Synchronizer folder from the following location(applicable for initiator also):
For mac :
/users/+username+/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/+version+/
For win:
%AppData%\Adobe\Acrobat\+version+\Collab
2. Re-open the review file again and now click on "check for new comments".

Can't Accept NEW terms and condition for iCloud
I updated my phone the other day, and it asked me to agree to NEW iCloud Terms and Conditions. I went to the terms and conditions and clicked on in. a screen came up saying "unable to connect to Server" So I waited a while, reset my router, logged into Icloud on line. Still "unable to connect to server" So then I tried to erase phone and restore. Can't do that because "find my phone" is turned on in iCloud , which I cannot access on my phone untill I accept Terms and conditions. It's a vicious circle of frustration!! HELP!!

ThanksI've tried all the tricks, Now it says I cannot turn off "Find my Phone" becasuse their was a problem deregistering this phone. I can't erase and start over without turning this off. I cannot access anything in iCloud from my phone. I would accept the terms but I can't ...HELP!!

I am trying to create an Apple ID by using the Itunes icon on my iphone 5s for the first time. It opens up a screen with the 54 pages of Terms and Conditions and it does not allow me to even accept the Terms and Conditions... no Accept option or place to click!
The only option is to Send the terms and conditions via email... which also does not work...it keeps asking me to "try again"... Has someone else had this problem?Hello, Wyseup.
