I cannot access Epson profiles using Photoshop CS

Trying to print from Photoshop CS using Epson 2200 and R800 but profiles are not available in print dialog. Is this fixable? Thanks.

I have recently signed up to BT but find that I cannot access BTyahoo mail using either safari or google chrome - the pages are just not available. But it works with Firefox. Any ideas why and how it can be fixed?

Hi, this has worked for a few...
Make a New Location, Using network locations in Mac OS X ...
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2712
    10.7 & 10.8…
System Preferences>Network, top of window>Locations>Edit Locations, little plus icon, give it a name.
    10.5.x/10.6.x/10.7.x instructions...
System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & - icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.
The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.
    10.4 instructions...
Is that Interface dragged to the top of Network>Show:>Network Port Configurations.
    If using Wifi/Airport...
Instead of joining your Network from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.
For 10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8, System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers...

  • How to install Epson ICC profiles using Photoshop CC?

How to install Epson ICC profiles ussing Photoshop CC on Mac?

    Danny,
Just stop and think for a moment. Firstly, it's not Rocket science to produce an icc profile, and does not involve the profile having to physically 'fit' into a pre-formed item such as the razor blade analogy you used.
Secondly, If the likes of Epson and HP did produce printer profiles for all makes of paper, can you imagine how much more product they would sell. Printer companies are currently missing out on substantial amounts of income at the moment because the cost of their inks is more expensive than gold! Thus, the third party ink manufacturers - although not producing an ink as good as the original - are earning large sums of money and once again this is income loss to the major printer manufactures.  Can you imagine what would happen if certain vehicles would only run on  a specific fuel? I don't mean Diesel or Petroleum, but different manufacturers, Shell, Texaco, Murco etc.
At the end of the day the only person who is adversely affected by this business model is us, the consumer.
I really don't think they need you to be standing up for them Danny.

  • Cannot access my profile

I have constant problems logging in, often receiving username password validation errors even when I cut and paste the values from the email I received when I registered and deleting every cookie which could possibly be set by you. When I can log in and try to access my profile, my browser sits with an empty page waiting for requests from your server to be fulfilled.
Please do not tell me to create an account using a different email, because I have only one I would use for this purpose, and I am not going to change that because of your inflexibility.
I really find this membership service quite poor and it used to be quite good before it was homogenised. Pity I am prevented from using Oracle products to their best advantage because I cannot access the info I need, I suppose I will have to recommend another native XML database to my client instead of seeing if Oracle XDS is capable!!!!

@Notcloudy the news you have posted if for google devices ie which operates under android operating system. Android used to remove the path of the data instead of data itself . So with advanced recovery system data can be relocated and used for unfair means!!
In their defend google answered that the android devices using android 4.1 or later are safe with this, thay have worked on this bug.
let get back to our case, i believe that you know that apple uses  completely different and most advanced operating system ie ios .
Apple uses data encryption and data protection  and much more to protect your data.
so you should be least bother about these stupid bugs if are a apple user ✌️

  • I cannot access the internet using firefox. The little toolbar identical (the far upper right in the screen) pops up and nothing else happerns. This has only started very recently and I have not had this problem in the past.

When I click on the icon for firefox, a little toolbar (the one you see in the top right corner of the screen) pops up and nothing else happens. I'll close it out and retry, with only the same results. I tried Firefox safemode, with the same result. Like there is something blocking me, but I don't know what. It doesn't matter if I've been on the computer for some time or just started up, I cannot access the web thru Firefox. This has only started in the last couple days. Previously, I've never had this problem. I haven't loaded any new programs anytime recently to account for this. I use Norton for my anti virus program which is the newest and had since end of December. I am not happy having to use the windows internet explorer, so would be very happy to get this resolved. Should I uninstall the mozilla program, and then reinstall it?

"I have an ethernet cable in port 1 on my computer. That is configured manually to access ther office network."
Do you have a "real" IP address or a private (192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x, 172.x.x.x) IP address?
"The wireless router was connected to the company server only for the purpose of getting me online through Airport because I couldn't access it using an ethernet connection"
Could not access it because their network security blocked you by intent, or had some unknown technical difficulty?
Unless you are blocked by intent or ommission (if they have to explicitly allow your machine) I can think of no technical reason why your wired connection should not both get you on their network and on the internet in general. You should not need to be dual homed (though dual homing should work as well).
Please answer the questions above when you can - I think solving the wired LAN issue will be easier if you are not being intentionally blocked.

  • Cannot access my wifi using ipone

So I am no longer using AT&T and haven't for sometime but was still able to access wifi and use the apps when all of a sudden my phone would no longer connect to the wifi. I updated the most recent software and reset the settings but nothing seems to work. Does this have to do with apple and their iphone 4 malfunctioning?

  • Problems with Epson perfection 4490 color profiles using photoshop cs6

I have some items that I wanted to scan with Adobe RGB color profile, with my Epson perfection 4490 scanner. I am on a mac using mac os 10.7 lion.
I go into the configuration settings in Epson scan & set it to colorsync, & choose Adobe RGB, then I scan. I checked epsons website for current drivers, & I have current drivers.
when I open up my scanned images in photoshop CS5, & CS6, & go to convert to profile, (to check what profile the scanner used), it shows the color source space as sRGB. I go to the file save as, in photoshop, & it only shows sRGB as the color profile to save in.
what is happening? why wont my scanner use Adobe RGB? is there something in photoshop settings I need to adjust? I have never had this problem before.

try downloading the iPHOTO TUTORIAL TEST IMAGES a bit below this link
and dragging the tagged & untagged sets into your various web browsers, image browsers, applications...
the iPhoto download contains a low-resolution reference image in five colorspaces (10 .jpg files, five tagged and five untagged versions of the same image) in sRGB, WhackedRGB, AppleRGB, ProPhotoRGB, AdobeRGB

  • Color Management for Epson printer using Photoshop Elements 6

I have consistently dark prints when using my new Epson workhorse 1100. It prints fine from iPhoto but not from Photoshop Elements 6. The Epson people say it's an Adobe problem. The Adobe people won't help, as it's not under warranty. I am interested in settings in PSE6 or on my Mac OSX. Or, what's a profile and how do I set it? Thanks!!

Yes, I've tried all of the options: Printer manages color, PSE manages color. All are the same dark prints.
On another conversation on this forum, I read the following. Very discouraging to think that Adobe knows of this problem but won't give me any tech support because too much time has lapsed.
I don't know what "plugs" are--sounds like this user figured out a way around it.
    Any advice?
    Thanks!
    Fran
Re: Color mismatch EpsonR800 and Elements 6
Adobe has admitted that there is a color management issue with PSE 6 for Mac. I have an Epson R1900 and I am now getting acceptable color-managed prints by allowing the Epson Printer driver to manage color management (ie; color management in PSE 6 turned off). The Epson Photoshop Plug In also works well with PSE6 and ICC profiles; however, I have yet to solve 2 problems with this particular plug in: (1) How to get the program to capture 3rd party ICC profiles and (2) how to print borderless prints. If anyone has seen a user guide for this particular plug in, I would be grateful to know how to download it.

As I can see you have posted this under Toshiba Product Recovery category although your action has nothing to do with Toshiba recovery installation and, for me, it is Microsoft related issue.
To be honest I didn't understand what happen exactly but somehow I feel everything is messed up.
My advice: if possible back-up all your important data and make clean recovery image installation.
After doing this you will have factory settings and clean preinstalled OS so you will be able to use your notebook without any problems.

Having trouble using my Epson 2450 scanner after installing OS 10.6.3 I am using an older version of Photoshop CS (I guess it would be version 8). I have installed the epson twain driver utility 2.77 When I select import and choose epson 2450 photoshop basically crashes. There is not an option in this version of photoshop to print using rosetta when I do a get info on it. I'm disappointed that I can no longer scan into photoshop. Any suggestions or remedies are much appreciated.

  • Cannot access Editor part of Photoshop Elements 13

Just bought and installed Photoshop Elements 13. Organiser works fine but when attempting to use Editor it asks for sign in and then tries to connect to internet and fails although connection is fine otherwise.

I still have no answers to this request and still have no access to Editor part of Elements 13. Some weeks have passed now since purchasing this product and still unable to use it. Tried the chat support from Adobe but after 55 min and only basic questions being asked after 5-15min response delays, I was forced to end the chat. When I tried to resume the chat some days later I was told that they were assisting other users!!

  • Cannot access share.acrobat using cisco proxy device

I have a user who has successfully uploaded a document to share, but is unable to access the resulting shared document e.g through a link like this one: https://share.acrobat.com/adc/document.do?docid=8e9f16eb-42f8-49d0-94a8-2013000eveec , (I have deliberately changed a couple of letters in this link)
The user gets the error message: 'Internet Explorer Cannot Display the webpage'. The address bar shows the link url.
I can repeat this behaviour and think I have narrorwed it down to an interaction between our cisco proxy device and acrobat.com.
As the user can successfully navigate other parts of the site, is there some different coding using in the 'shared document' area that the other areas of the site doesn't use?
Has anyone else experienced or reported with type of issue??
    Any suggestions appreciated,
    Nick

    Hi Michelle,
I'm afraid my previous post was misleading!
I managed to get to the login page (https://www.acrobat.com/#/share/HaveAdobeID and https://www.acrobat.com/#/share/ShareBegin) when I was trying IE6, and got over-enthusiastic.
When I double-checked, I again get 'the page cannot be displayed' as I try and log in (https://share.acrobat.com/?app=share). DOH!
I tried adding share.acrobat.com to trusted sites in both IE6 and 7 as you suggest, and also adding *.acrobat.com
I have tried the site on IE 6 and 7, using Vista and XP. Unfortunately the only common thing seems to be our Cisco content engine and those TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH logs I mentioned before.
Thanks very much for trying to help,
    Salty
