I cannot access itunes or app store on my iphone 5

For the last few days I have been unable to access itunes or app store from my phone. I get a blank page and a loading icon... nothing happens
tried all the " change the year settings"
anyone offer advice?

By cannot access do you mean you cant login or completely cant view the stores. If you cant login make sure you haven't exceeded the maximum number of devices your allowed to authorize.

When I go to settings/iTunes App Store my Apple ID is not there. When I enter my ID and password it does not save or link to account. I do not have this problem with iPad ID is stored and can be used in App Store and iTunes. I have just upgraded to 5c and it's still a problem.

When fist setting up your new iphone you will be asked to log in with an apple id and password. If this did not happen you can then do as you suggested going to settings to itunes and app store and add your apple id login. This apple id login must have already been created for the iphone to accept it. If this apple id is already created but is not being accepted by your iphone you then should shut down your iphone and restart the device.

Can't access itunes or app store...

I have an iphone 5s...my apple ID and password seem to work fine, but I can't get access to my app store or itunes on my phone. Internet works.... any advice? It says "cannot access" and says to ensure that my cookies are enabled (which I did in settings)

reset all settings
settings-general-reset-reset all settings
now reconnect to wifi
settings- wifi- click network name- enter password - join
if issue persists back up and restore as new via iTunes

IPad cannot open iTunes or App Store...

Here's the deal... My iPad 1 is approx. 6 months old. A couple days ago, I tried to open iTunes and App Store, but only get a grey screen w/ a loading icon and message... I have tried a couple fixes I've read on the forums... but I haven't had any luck getting the problems rectified... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Safari and my email was working fine... I unplugged the router and modem for 30 seconds or so, then plugged them in again...

Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again.

Settings>Privacy>Location Services>System Services (swipe to the bottom of the page to find this)>Location Based iAds>Off.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Well, then you have a unique but fairly big problem... something went wrong during the update.
Suggestion: Download the combo update and do it again: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1581
If that doesn't help, you might need to re-install the system. Keep backing up!

Cannot Access updates in app store

My computer says I have a software update, but then when I access the App Store, all I get is a blank page. I can see "featured", "top Charts" and everything else, but when I click updates (It says I have one update) It is just blank and won't go there. I tried to fix my keychains. No go. Help!

Hello - just download the new iOS 7.0 software to ipad and iphone 4s but now cannot access itunes or app store. Can anyone advise what to do? Thank you.

I got a message that it was not possible and that I should delete IPhone from my computor and download a new program from Appstore. I did so but the same message appears.
What is the exact error message you get, when you try to open iPhoto or iTunes? Please post it litarally.
What versions of MacOS X and iPhoto are you having?
How much free disk space is on your mac?
Where do you keep your Media? iPhoto library, iTunes Library? On your system drive or on an external disk?

ITunes and App Store won't recognize password

Everytime I enter my password into iTunes or App Store on my iPhone it says it can't find my ID or password. I can log into Apples site with my Apple ID and password and it works just fine. I reset my password and it still doesn't work. It worked perfectly last night. I put my phone on charge, went to bed and this morning it wouldn't let me download anything. Anyone have any idea of why I can't download any song or apps on my phone?

settigns>itunes and app store to make sure you are signed in.. If you are, you will see your account name..... anyhow, click your account name, sign out and sign back in
also go to to settings>general>reset and reset network settings... if that doesnt work settings>general>reset and reset all settings!
