I cannot access my Add-ons Collections account that I just registered, and I never received the confirmation email.

I created an account, username "dleemaas" with the email address "[email protected]". I never received the confirmation email, and when I try to have the website send a password reset email, I do not receive that either; I am assuming that I must have mistyped something into the email address field when creating the account. How can I access my account?

There's no link to contact the board administrator, as the help section at that forum suggests to do, and I can't login in the first place in order to post a question to ask how I'm supposed to be able to access my account. Any suggestions?

    Are they going to the same "Incoming Mail Server", logging in with the same "User Name" ? If so, they are two instances of the same account, and one can certainly be deleted with impunity.

    If it's the iCloud email address that is incorrect, you cannot change it. If it's a non iCloud address, you can change it at My Apple ID

    Yes, I know there is a "manage add-ons" button in the Options page. But every time I push it, I get redirected to get more add-ons. Nonsense!   • We created an itunes connect ibooks account, but we never received the approval email. Now the EIN-number is 'blocked'

    We can't restart the process from the beginning, because apple says now, that our EIN-number is in use? Does anybody have a solution for this?

    Same thing happened when I signed up with an SSN, and never received an email. We then tried to create a different account but the SSN was already used.
    The only information I have learned in the last 3 weeks of email with the iTunes store is that they can't access your account, resend the email, or have the power to delete the account.
    They recommended contacting ibooks store "directly" at [email protected], but when I tried it seems to only forward to the iTunes store and I get the same answer.
    I managed to heighten the priority and received this: "Your inquiry is very important to me, so I have requested assistance with the issue you reported. You will receive an email after the matter has been investigated and further information is available.", that was 2 weeks ago.
    This has been a total of 1 Month, working on it. This should be a simple fix apple. I am very disappointed with the response to this issue.
    All I am asking is that apple delete my entire iTunes account, I don't have anything on it.

    I am trying to set up sync on my new Android device. It always prompts to confirm my account. I have never received the confirmation email despite having it re-sent many times and adding *@accounts.firefox.com to my whitelist. Also, I can sign in to my account (using the same email and password) on my desktop version of Firefox, and it does not ask for a confirmation. So it seems this account is already set up For some reason the Android account needs a confirmation, but not the desktop account.

    I never used to have any problems but started getting script errors. I have repaired this but now I cannot access my add-ons. Every time I click on it in the Tools menu, Firefox completely freezes and I have to shut it down.

    Do you have the Personas Plus 1.6 extension? If you do that one is known to conflict with Google Toolbar and cause the sort of problems that you are having.
    Try starting Firefox in [[safe mode]] to see if you can access the add-ons manager. If you can and have Persona Plus, try disabling/uninstalling it whilst in safe mode. If you do not have that add-on, another one may be causing problems, to try to track down which one see [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]].
    Another thing you can try is deleting the files that store details on installed add-ons, if one of them is corrupt it can cause problems. To do that first open your profile folder, for how to do that see the [[profiles]] article.
    After you have opened the profile folder, close Firefox and delete extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini and compatibility.ini. When you re-start Firefox those files will be re-created.

    The original url you gave me was: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/persona/ which is in the first screenshot I provided. If I am in the totally wrong place, it is because that is where I was recommended to go.

    Are you trying to change the iCloud ID on your phone?
    Also, you can change your iTunes ID by going to Settings>iTunes & App Store, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with the ID you want to use.

    You have or had an extension installed (MegaUpload toolbar) that has changed the user agent from Firefox/3.6.12 to Firefox/2.0.0.13

    The first one, my private home email, works fine. With the other 3, I get the message "Cannot get mail: The connection to the server failed"
    All were working fine before the 8.3 upgrade. I did try the old trick of making one minor change on the account and resaving, but that did not change anything. I even deleted my work account and re-entered it from scratch, but again, sadly, no luck. For the time being, I am successfully getting the email via IMAP, but this ***** compared to exchange. Anyone have any idea what is happening or if a fix is in the works?

    Well, the one set up on exchange 2k3 is now working fine, although no changes were made on either the iPhone or the exchange side, so that's fun, but it still is throwing errors when connecting to the other 2 exchange accounts. The common elements are that both non-functioning exchange accounts are google apps for business accounts. So is one of the ones that's working, by the way. The settings on both accounts are the same as the one that's working, and both worked fine before the 8.3 upgrade. I have no issue accessing both of these accounts on my ipad which is currently on 8.2.x. If it's not the iphone OS at fault, I'm at a loss as to what it could be.
